I read (they use the word track) 10 sets of newspaper everyday, summarise the articles that i've choosen, then send to the CEO and directors of the company to keep them inform of the world and Singapore's daily news.
The Straits Times, Business Times, Today, My Paper, Lianhe Zaobao, Lianhe Wanbao, Shin min Daily news, Malay newspaper, Tamil newspaper. For the last two dun ask me how do i read, haha, cuz i totally have no idea how to read the words, but i can look at the pictures :)

I enjoyed myself ALOT.
Tammy did not go as her meeting with the CEOs, directors, dragged over lunch time, hence she wasn't able to join us.
But before i left I gave them each a letter that i wrote ytd night.
hahas.

And i managed to take a group photo before i left!

Meet up with the 2 girls

Yesterday night, finally met up with the 2 girls, KQ and PY.
We had our dinner at Junction8 Sakae Sushi.
It was like gossips, and laughters, chatting, cam-whore and stuffs! hahas

And the both girls were so excited when they talk about shopping in Bangkok.
Esp PY. Haha. She was rattling non-stop, and KQ was busy writing doen the weird long names of the places to go, as she's flying off this evening.
Argh so envy of her can, can go devote ard 6 days to shopping!
haha.

At night, I stayed up till 3.30am to make some souvenirs for the Communication and Marketing dept ppl.
For all, i wrote letters, only for some who are closer to me, then i'll give them a bunch of flowers tt i've made.
Actually i wanted to make for all of them, but it was too tedious. I ended up making 4 bunches of flowers, and writing 10 letters.
:) Hope tt'll like it, although it's quite a simple one.

Today's my last day at work.
And I do not feel happy at all.
I will sure to miss them and the workplace and the ppl in other dept as well
:(
I hope I'll be able to take as many pictures with them today!

Oh ya, and Aidi told me in the morning that they'll be bringing me out for lunch as it's my last day of work.
So sweet of them :)
Hope i'll enjoy it later...

And I'll be working at the IT show for 4 days with Jefre kor, and he's the in-charge of the HP group.

Jie Yu's off to Australia

Just back not long ago from the airport to send JieYu off to Australia.
She's gonna study there for 6+ 1 yr of internship, to be a doctor.
Its like super long, we're surely gonna miss her!

Me, LeYi and her mum reached the airport at ard 6pm.

At the departure hall, alot of church members came to bid her farewell. About 30+ ppl turned up.

We chatted, took photos and then Paster Huang did a prayer, and then she and her dad walked to the departure gate.

The moment was so touching, were her sister and brother hugged her.

Her parents did not cry, JieYu also, but her younger sis and bro's eye were teary.

I really salute her for being so strong, if it was me, I would have cried till my eyes were swollen.

We all stood by the glass and waved to her good bye before leaving for dinner at Popeyes at Terminal 3.

And Xing Ying's leaving on the 29 Feb 08 to Australia, Adelaide, for her next semester.

I feel that I have missed out alot, really ALOT.

At the airport, i got to mix around more and catch up with my church members.

Even though it may be just a 10 or 20 mins chat with those tt i seldom talk with like XingYing, XingYi(my clz), but I somehow felt that it feels good to mingle ard, understand others, where they'll give you their opinions and stuff, and you know that it comes from the bottom of their heart.

I somehow finally woke up and realise that it is only through these kind of farewells, youth fellowship, youth camps, class outings that will allow us to know each other better.

On the loonnggg 53 bus ride home, dunno why my mind kept thinking about the past and present.

Esp him :(

The only word i can use to describe it is probably regret.

The times we had, sports, dinners, chatting, when he was there to comfort me when i was down, etc ALL was so memorable.

Argh, after so long. The feeling is still so terrible.

My last day of work at Courts working as a Marketing and Communications is on the 29 Feb 2008!

Mixed feelings...

• The people in these 2 depts are friendly and nice people :)
• I enjoyed working with them =)
• I will miss the magazines every month as i normally read the magazines and track them at the same time. hahas!
• I will miss reading the 10 sets of newpapers that i need to read every morning as i need to summarise the main points for industry and Courts news. dun scold me crazy, somehow, i'm used to reading the papers every morning haha! and i only got The Straits Times at home.
• The useful things that Aidi shared with me, which i'll be able to use in the future.
• I can get to sleep late
• I need not take 1hr of bus transport to travel to work everyday
• Yushi wil nd to work four more days there and she'll eat her lunch alone when i'm nt there to eat with her

I tink after this job, i'll rest for awhile before finding another job to kill time...

The Singapore Airshow 2008

The Singapore Airshow 2008 was GREAT!
Especially the one by the BLACK KNIGHTS.

And cuz i din wear sleeveless today, my hands are now two colours.

Only on mon afternoon did i know tt my dad is bringing us to the airshow, and ytd morning i alr packed my stuffs as i as stayed over at my aunt's place ytd.
So i din prepare sleeveless, contacts lenses, caps in advance.
But its okie!

As we got 3 trade tickets.
My dad, my brother, me. My mum doesn't want to go.
Trade tickets are nt easy to get one k, unlike public tickets.
Trade tickets are only available on weekdays, and public tickets are for weekends.
hahas.
My uncle's supplier gave the 3 airshow tickets to my uncle, and my uncle gave them to my dad.

Chinese New Year

On Chinese New Year Eve, went to my grandpa's place for reunion dinner, steamboat every year. But I still LOVE it. The super nice dishes, abalone, soup, and a so-wide variety of dishes. I only like to eat home-made steamboat.

As usual, Chinese New Year 初一 (thursday) is always so busy as ever.
We have so many relatives to visit!
We start out at 8am, go to visit my mum's side relatives till 12pm. Visited about 4-5 places.
I had lunch at my grandpa's- dad's side place before continuing my visiting again.
From the afternoon till dinner time, its was my dad's side relatives.
They are those that I only see them once a year, my distance distance relatives. Eg, my grandpa's cousin's or my grandma's, etc.
haha.
Visited ard 9-10 places.
It was crazy. By the time i head back for dinner, i was SO TIRED.

初二 (friday)
Breakfast with my cousins, aunts and uncles (the ones that i meet every Sun) at Hans till 10am, before heading for visiting.
So visited 4 places from 11am-1.30pm.
Afterwhich, i changed into fbt and tee to play soccer and captain's ball with my cousins at the soccer court which is located beside mt grandpa's place at the top lvl of the carpark.
It was fun! haha.
Alex kor even played till his toe bled, but he still continue playing.
And I look so messy with my hair flying all over, running and screaming when i am trying to get the soccerball. haha.

初三 (saturday)
Went to my deceased grandma's sis's husband place. I din see him for lyk.. years. Super long time. Although i dun really know him but through the conversation that we had, i can tell that he's a nice man, polite and generous too.

At night had steamboat with Odac ppl. Not many ppl turned up.To me, the food for steamboat wasn't nice. I keep eating dory fish(which is cheap), hotdog, tofu, chicken, tanghoon. What a dinner lorx. So I stopped eating even though i wasn't full.

初四 (sunday)
Went to church in the morning.
Today was the FIRST TIME I PLAYED PIANO FOR THE TEENS!!!
happy! :) hahas.
I am quite satisfied with how i played after the so much time spent in practising the hymn songs, but it was worth it! :)
Although i did made a few mistakes (but luckily it wasn't obvious) haha.
Some of the teens, yu en and zhengrui where quite surprised to see me there, haha. They even asked me "You know how to play mehx? This is your first time playing rite?"
Anyway, had lunch at LiMei laoshi's hse. Steamboat and hot plate.
The dishes were so fabulous. Food from Isetan lehx. hahas. The beef is my favourite!
My class and laoshi's husband clz went their hse for lunch as well.
The other clz left early, and we stayed till 5pm, to prepare for the farewell nxt Sun for JieYu. She's heading to Sydney to study as she wants to be a doctor.
Some of them played the piano. And you know what I realised today?!
TianMing is so super duper good at piano larx, so envious of him.
The way he plays, so serious and professional.
Omg larx, i truely envy guys who can play the piano well.
hahas.
At night, went to VivoCity with my parents. My brother went out with his friends.
My mum went there as she wanted to buy the silk cover for the bedsheet-made from silk that she bought. She bought the silk cover for $220. My dad wanted to buy one for me and my brother, but i din want.
I wanted to shop, but my parents said i have enough clothes already. My cupboard has no more place to hang my clothes, i even have to squeeze my clothes to get them in place.
hahas.
received 1 redpacket from LiMeilaoshi, and 1 from the elderly tt we always pick her up on our way to church.

N the biggest news! i heard from my friend tt A-lvl results most prob will be released on this coming friday 15th.
I'm dead.
My parents alr prepared a sum of money for me to go to SIM in case i cant make it. And tt's lyk 80% larx. Sian.

Oh ya! and i received my pay!

And i stil have to set aside 10% of my pay for church. I need to start to set aside money every wk or month to give to church. It's the willingness of myself to how much i want to give to God. =)

These few days I have been searching for nice Seiko watch. My mum allow me to buy one! *yeah!* hahas. I'm looking for one with metal strips. My mum told me to buy one without batteries, maybe automatic for kinetic watch.
Probably one day I'll ask them to go to the Seiko branch beside Paragon, where there'l be a wider range of watches.
:) soo looking forward to it...

I also want to buy dresses, accessories, small handbags...

Pianist for whole month of Feb in church :)

In the afternoon, went to church to practice the piano, with JiaKai LaoShi guiding me along. In february, I will be the pianist for the teens. This is my first time and i'm sooo scared! Its my first time playing the piano in front of everybody.

After that, actually planned to go to YuHerng's hse for youth fellowship, but me and leyi were too late as we left the church late. In the end, meet up my mum and bro for dinner, tgt with leyi.

At night, went to VivoCity with WM, Bran, QB and RS to shop for CNY clothes. They had their dinner at Carl's Junior while i ate their frenchfries. hahas.
Anyway, while we were shopping, I saw Jerald kor and CuiXian(his gf) at Zara. Talked with them for awhile, then went off le.
We shopped till 9pm, before deciding to head down to Bishan to find a place to sit and talk.
So we went to the seats at bus interchange, talk till abt 10.30pm, before heading home.
