I'm so tired now, but gonna blog today's stuff.

Anw, to day was my last day of work at...
MLaw!

Yup, worked there for ard 2.5 mths.

After work, CM YK SK Me went to ColBar at some ulu places tt i've nv been to before. (Or rather places i've nv heard of is ulu to me haha) Me CM Luckily YK had car, if nt i would have died walking in with my heels to that place -.-The place is filled with more AngMos than chinese. I think the most, there are abt 5-6 chinese only.
Anw ColdBar is a nice place to chill out if u like those away-from-town kind of places, with greenaries ard, the quietness, etc.
The price of the food there is rather reasonable. Less than 15 for a normal plate of western food. But the sirlon steak i had today wasn't to my taste, it was too hard for medium well. Gah. But the other's food seems to be tastier. Haha.

After dinner, we went to some ulu places (again!) at Clementi, to play pool.

And i also finish watching 花樣少年少女HANAZAKARINO KIMITACHIHE.
My next book will be 'Company Accounting'. Being forced by my mum to read through that book. I think i'm gonna take ages to finish reading that. BORING.

Years back

Just some random ramblings...

I just thought i need to share this.

Years back, I once rebelled too.
Things got worse.
Many people knew about that.
We avoided talking for slightly more than 3 yrs. And it was only a mth ago where we started saying few words only tho.
Things were still awkward.

But thinking back, it benefited me in a way.
As i'm more cautious in tt now, making sure i don't disappoint those ard me again.
Making sure i don't make the same mistake again.
Cuz i know the standard that i should follow.

I can say i kind of appreciated what she(LS) had done, although at tt time, it din ever occured to me tt i'll ever talk to her again.
But i'm glad i did.

Sometimes, care and concern are shown in a different way.
At that point of time, you may nt realise that they does it because they care for you.
But as time passes by, your thinking matures, you'll slowly understand.
No matter how long it takes, at least, we know they did that because they cared for you.
Yup.
That's all I've got to say with my past experience.
So i really hope they'll understand one day.

I took half day, and brought them out to Sentosa. Thank God that the weather was clear that day (:

At the counter when we were queueing up for payment for 2 way cable car ride, Mel, Jon, and me were like squeezing our hands through tt lil hole, trying to convince the ticketing uncle to take the money from our hands. And i won hahas. From front: Mel, Kat. Back: Har, Mel's bf, Jon

Sentosa! (duh it's so obvious)While walking, spotted a caterpillar (i suppose) hanging on some kind of thread that won't even stick to our hands or paper. So they were kind of fascinated looking and playing with it, esp J. J! :DKat!J started taking pics with the orange caterpillar. What's Kel doing at the back? Haha.Mel wanted to bring Kel to see the statue of Merlion, as he din came to S'pore before. While this was the 4th or 5th time M, H, J, K came to S'pore.Tsk tsk, J, what are u doing?H looking at K, making sure she doesn't slipped. Hmm brotherly love i guess.
Anw, M and K left after the Merlion stop as they wanted to take a rest back at the hotel. So there were 4 of us left, H, J, K and Me.

When J saw the Sentosa Luge, being the more sporty one among Har and Cat, he became excited and wanted to try tt. So yup we tried it. But at the counter, me and J 'fought' to pay for the tickets. But in the end, he paid cuz he kept pushing me away from the counter.Before the ride, we had to wear the helment. And J was laughing at me, and he forced me to take a pic of me wearing the helment alone. So when i didn't want to, he suggested to take a pic with me. Hahas! ((:

Initially, u'll think that it isn't very high. But as it goes up and up, u'll feel different! Haha. I don't mind sitting that again!Looking back when we're going upWe are quite high that we can even see the CBD buildings. Nice!After the skyride, walking to the 1st ride of the day.Instructions were given briefly before we started.On the way down, it was damn fun! Cuz i was catching up with J all the time as he was so fast! All the turns were so sharp and we just turned without even stopping. I felt that if i had bend my body to the side more during the turn, i could just fell off hahas. And when we're going down straight, without applying the brake, the wind was like smacking hard against yr face. Woo~! HAHA. J was the first to reach, i was just behind him when we stopped. Har was third, and Cat being the youngest, was last, was she din dared to go fast. Our next stop was the arcade at Bugis.
As J likes to play DS's mario kart, i decided to bring them to the arcade to play the 'real' one.
H didn't get to play of an inconsiderate girl hogging to the seat.
There were 4 seats there, and when we reached, the girl was alr playing. Since we wanted to race against one another, we waited patienly for the girl to fin playing. And when she finally finish playing, she pop another token in, and continued playing. Super duper inconsiderate can. Grr. Irritating to the max!

So it was left with J K and Me to race with one another.Before the race.I think J was catching up with me. Look at me smiling, and him biting his shirt, hahas.BUT in the end, he caught up with me, and i lost to him by tt lil lil bit. -_- Cuz he banged at my kart near the finishing line.
And after that he was boasting to me about it, hahas.
After that, we played photo hunt.
Next on the list was basketball shooting. J told H and K to team up, and he teamed up with me.
Haha :)
We won in the 1st round, but lost in the 2nd round. It's okie, haha.
Anyway, we played some throwing plastic ball game after tt. And it was our last game as well as we were rushing to meet our parents for dinner after that.

After our dinner, we went to Night Safari. (Only the kids went) And by the time we reached there, it was alr 9.30pm. All the shows ended at 9pm. So look at J's disappointed face. (Cuz i only met them at 3pm in the aftn, so schedule was kind of rush after tt. And we din expected to have a long dinner.)The Night Safari words being shone on the ground.Night Safari have beautiful outdoor toilets haha. This was the big fish tank outside the toilet.And just look at the inside of the toilet. Beautiful lightings right.Look at our glowing tees!The 6 tickets- tram tickets they bought.
J forced me to acc K to the washroom as they didn't want me to pay. So i had no choice. It's like 1 against 5 ppl when i kept insisting to pay. Zzz.

Anw, THANKS! :) (J din give me my ticket for me to kp one for myself!! And i like the pictures of the animals on the tickets)On the tram.The pictures now will be kind of blur, cuz i'm not allow to use flash when taking pictures of the animals.
Flamingoos! We stopped halfway as there was a trail for us to walk.
We saw bats (Like flying right in front of our face and just beside us! I can rmb the few of us screaming and ducking here and there. HAHAS! This was indeed one of the most memorable stop (: ) And leopard, owls, etc...

The beautiful still water behind us. Rarely are we able to see reflective images on the water. I rmb the last similar scenary was when i was in Australia-Tasmania, where it was a clear blue sky, and it was a total mirror image! The image that i can never ever forget.

We wanted to take a picture with it, but the effect wasn't there when taken with flash.However, when i off the flash, the picture turned out to be blur.
But our face is still identifiable and the background is see-able as well, so i guess its kind of okie haha.Giraffe tt J wanted too see!After tt stop, we took a train back to the ending point. And by the time, it was alr 11pm.
We took some group pictures and after which we cabbed back. They dropped me hm first, and after which they went back to their hotel. And when i reached hm, J msged me, telling me tt he won, and told me to look in my bag.
So when i searched my bag, i found this note tt he put it in.

On our way to Bugis, he was alr making me take the note, but i didn't want.
So i kept holding on to my bag. And somemore i din hear the opening of my crumpler bag at all. All the while, he was standing on my left, and i wonder how he managed to put the money secretly into my bag's inner right pocket.

Grr.
Anw i told him i'll return him the monry the next time i see him.
So yup, i'm gonna keep it properly!

I had a wonderful time spent with them! Memorable day as well!
:D happy! hahas.
But they flew back to California the nxt day evening.
So we only could msged a lil. (At least we msged a lil lar hor haha)

He gave me a string of number to call him if i'm going to California, but i couldn't even ask him if it's his hp or hse no as he had too off his hp immediately after he told me tt'll be his last msg.

Hmm.
Anw, hope to see them in two years time!

I'll miss them!

Hospital Visit

23July08 WEDNESDAY

We started taking pictures early in the morning.
Having pictures as memories.
As we're leaving MLaw one by one...

We look so formal here lor.YK loves taking pictures of objects, and... taking pictures of ppl who LOOKS LIKE they're falling asleep, when they're actually using 100% concentration to look through the file. (I really din fall asleep hor) HAHAHA.
After work, had dinner with SK and YK at Marina Square, Imperial Treasure.
We each ordered a bowl of la mian, and three side dishes to share.2 old guys smiling to the camera. HAHA!I look so auntie with the umbrella.

Cuz it was raining elephants and buffalos in the morning, so i had to use the big umbrella in order not to get wet.My fast camera shot before it goes flat :D they'll know what i mean...

After dinner with them, i quickly rushed to the MRT stn to meet Veron and Daph.
As we were going down to visit Fukie tgt at CGH. Cuz he just had his left leg operation.

We bought 2 balloons for Fukie.

And initially we wanted to get him cute princess balloons, but we couldn't find them in CGH.

So we got him these!Veron Me Daph I love this balloon!

Anyone wants to get one of them for me?? HAHAS!

But of cuz nt with these words on it ah.We like the balloons so much that we kept taking pictures with it.

Next, Fukie's was staying in Class A, single room. And it's like hotel can (prob apart frm the toilet)haha. He's seems to be a good mood when we saw him. Anw, saw his big bottle of 'tomato sauce'. To me, it was rather scary cuz i think i cant stand too bloody stuffs. Haha.
Nt long after we reached, we started playing DS.

I raced Mario Kart with Fukie since he bought one recently, and I won some and lose some races.

Then it was Veron's turn to race with Fukie.

And then Daph raced with Veron.

I think they're both xing1 yang3 yang3 about buying DS. Haha. Anw, there're 5 ODAC ppl (QQ HL RP Fukie Me) who have DS, so yup, we can vs one another and have more fun playing! The more the merrier! *hint hint the 2 girls* HAHA.

Being a lil bored, i started trying on Veron's and Fukie's Crocs.

And they bought pratas for us to eat! Haha.

Cuz Fukie suggested it, and Veron and Daph hadn't had dinner at tt time.

So yup, Matt and Rp drove there (some ulu places tt i didn't heard of) specially just to buy the pratas.

Lunch-ing at Vivo

We had lunch at Vivo today.
Like wad SK always wanted.
Haha.
And he had it on his last day of work.
So YK picked us up, and tgt we went to Vivo for lunch.

Passenger seat. Haha. We had our lunch at a HK restaurant, Kim Gary.

This was the lunch seat. Soup (finished), drink-tea, and my beef baked rice.

Suprisingly i could finish it. Haha.
Because initially when the food came, i tot it wld be too cheesy, and was afraid tt i couldn't finish.
But it ended up the other way.... because i'm a hungry monster!

At night, i finally had my tennis lesson.

As i missed like 2 or 3 wks alr.
And i played quite lousy today.

Anw, tml gonna go to town in the morning to trim my hair.
Cuz initially my appointment was last thur, but i changed it twice (to ytd, and then tml).
Hmm still thinking if i shld kp it long or short.
...
I think i'll just leave it to the hairdresser.
Hope it turns out alright!

Geez. I wonder how long will it take for me to revert back to my normal self.

Hadn't been like this for a long long time...
Oh well...

In the morning, as usual, bought my breakfast, red bean soup and an additional of ji chiong fan with char siew.
I wanted the normal ji chiong fan, but i cant seems to find at Maxwell Mkt, so i had no choice but to get the one with char siew at $3.30. I was quite shock when the lady told me the price. Cuz the normal one usually cost 1 bucks or smth, and hw wld i know tt the price diff wld be that great.

I think i am starting to have tummy soon. Cuz since i started working, my eating diet increased ALOT.
I eat, munch NON-STOP.

Red Bean Soup Ji Chiong Fan with Char Siew

In the aftn, went to Amoy and had the famous nasi lemak for lunch. We were quite lucky as we took the last few chicken wings haha. We bought the superb fruit drink as well. I had mango (as usual), CM had apple and YK had PINK dragonfruit juice.

Actually when i first saw the dark pink fruit juice, it was kind of a werid colour and i didn't dared to drink. BUT today when YK let us try the dragonfruite juice, it was not bad. Tasted the same as the white colour dragonfruit.

I had blueberry muffins for teabreak, and the registry aunty gave me an egg tart as well.

(Told u i eat NON-STOP, my stomach being similar to an endless pit haha)

After working (I knock off at 5pm), went to Bugis Kinokuniya to read some books to kill time, as i was meeting my 3 girlfriends, YW Kel Lyn for shopping at 6.30pm.

I browsed through a Nikon D80 user guidebook, and i'm much more familar with using the diff types of mode now. Like when to use auto, portrait, night, etc,.. mode. And i read tt for quite sometime.
Then i walked around the store, and stopped at the shelves which has those other countries guide book.
And somehow automatically, i immediately searched for the books on California.
(Probably is because they're living in California)
I SO SO want to go there to find them... Probably someday...
And so brother, pls faster finish yr JC, NS , so tt we can go for a longer holiday, and i can at least try persuding dad and mom. Haha.

I bought a book at Kino, title 'The Child Called 'IT'. It's a storybook published quite sometime ago. Afterwhich, met the girls, and we went shopping. I didn't got any today.
Partly cuz i'm quite tired, and partly is because i kept thinking of....

Whenever the word 'Bugis' came into my mind, I'll think of him. Cuz of tt day.... Whenever i think of MarioKart, he'll come to my mind. Whenever i see cute tee shirt, I'll be reminded of him. Whenever i see giraffes... Whenever whenever.......
Argh. Kind of weird isn't it. Stupidly missing someone secretly when he's 9847234187432 zillion miles away..
Someone pls help me get out of this!!!

When the other girls were paying, this black cardigan caught my attention, and i thought of him immediately. Considering what he wore that 2 days, i kind of know the style he wears, and i think he'll buy this if i had brought him here. Haiz. Y do i keep thinking of him NON-STOP...?

Missing them

It's 3 more hours before their flight back to States, and I'm missing them already.
(So sad. I'm unable to send them off ltr as their flight is at 6pm, and i only knock off at 5pm. Gahh.)

Driving, Entertainment

I didn't went to work today as i had 2 session of driving lessons today.

I finally finish learning all the different subjects, and parallel parking was my last lesson. And so the 4 remaining lessons left are review lessons.

I also took 1 compulsory auto lesson in the afternoon.
And i totally love it!
It is MUCH more relaxing to drive an automatic vehicle than a manual vehicle.
Don't have to worry about the vehicle stalling, clutching in and out.
So i have to bear with the 4 more lessons + practical test, and i'll be done with my manual lessons. Grr.

Anw, ppl, watch 'So You Think You Can Dance Season 3'!
Haha.
You'll love it if u enjoy performing arts and stuffs.

In this show, everyone pair has to randomly pick a different kind of dance to learn, drill, and perform.
So for today's programme, every couple had their special dance moments in each different genre of dance, and they all danced extremely well.

Church General Cleaning

Today I stayed back for the Church General Cleaning.

My 4th, 6th, aunts and uncles stayed backed as well.

Dad went overseas, mum went back to grandpa's place was she wasn't feeling well, brother was tired.

General cleaning is scheduled twice a year, and the church members will sign up to help out in the cleaning.

So we were split up according to our age groups, and the youths were assigned to wash the outside walls of the church.

It was the same thing we did half a year ago. Haha.

Washing and scrubbing the walls and floors, spraying water all over. Making sure the walls were clean, etc.

Anw, i left slightly earlier to go to my grandpa's place. Because i didn't go down last wk due to the TY Camp Afterglow.

Dinner with Parent's friends at Jumbo

Staying at home the whole day today, nursing my bad flu and sore throat.
Boring...

Luckily YA kept sending me interesting youtube links.
And i finally got the Odac camp pictures from him.
He said that i look like those girl next door kind of girl, and nt those chiong type.
N he told me tt he din believe XiaoWei, when he asked her if i had bf before. Cuz XW told him i had, but he said i was too guai for tt. Haha.
Surprisingly rite.
I din know i look like a good girl who doesn't dare to break rules.
HAHAs.
Even D(frm my workplace) say the same thing as YA.
D was even surprised when i said my cca in jc was odac.
Lol.
I don't look that guai okie!
Haha.


Anw ytd night, went for dinner at ECP Jumbo with my parent's friends.
Or to be exact, my dad's 20 yrs of friend.
They knew each other in USA when the company tt they're working for, sent them over to States to do a project. And they were on the same team, Team A.
I think if i'm nt wrong, my dad and his colleaque (uncle Kofri) met in 1988. And so my dad stayed there for a year plus, and during tt time, my mum went there to stay for slightly more than 6mths.
Super cool.
Hahas.

As my dad's friend's families were staying in Malaysia and Indonesia, they stop by Singapore to meet up with my parents.
Hmm, i tink the last time i met them was like 4 or 5 yrs ago at Sheraton Hotel? I still have the pictures we took with them. Haha.

Okie, back to ytd night's dinner.
The food was delicious, esp the crabs!
Ordered 2 black pepper, and 2 chilli crabs.
But i din manage to eat the spincers cuz there were guests there. So i just ate the legs and stuffs.

During the dinner, got to know my dad's friends children more.
There were 2 girls (Mel-24, Kat-13), 2 guys (Har-22, and Jon who is the same age as me), and Mel's bf Kel.
They are nice, friendly, outspoken and funny ppl. Haha. And i did enjoy my time with them.

Mel was 4, and Har was 2 when they migrated from S'pore to California.
So Mel could speak a lil Mandrin.
Mel's super smart, she's completed her Masters and is now studying in Medical school.
Har's majoring in biomedical, and he got a scholarship.
Jon hasn't choose his major yet. Because in States, they complete their uni first before they choose their major.

Jeez.
I'm down with flu and sore throat.
All thanks to the virus passed from my grandma, to my parents, and then to me.

Grr.

I hate to be sick.

And now while in the office, i'm surviving on packets of tissues and lozenges.

My Brother

Wow.
After chatting with my brother after he came back from school, i realised i missed out alot when i came home late the past few days.
He updated me on what's happening, his results and stuffs.

I'm quite surprised that my brother didn't argue back or rebel when my parents told him that he can't go to the OCIP (overseas CIP) trip with the school, cuz he didn't do well for his exams.
(As initially my parents were quite supportive of him going for the school trip to Vietnam.)
I think if it was me, i'll alr be arguing and shouting and showing black face to my parents larx.
Haha.
My brother's temper is so much better than mine.
Hmm, do I ought to be shameful of myself for nt being a gd example?
I suppose so...

I didn't went to work today.

Went for driving lesson in the morning, then met up with my cousin for lunch at town.

Then headed to library to borrow some storybooks.

This kind of lifestyle is better than working everyday.

Anw after work, went for dinner at Miss Clarity Cafe at Bugis with SK and YK.

But since it was only 5 plus when we reached there, and the reservation's only at 6.30pm, we went to arcade to kill our time.

We played Mario Kart! It was fun lor, better than playing in DS only. Plus u can take a pictures of yrself before driving haha.

YK played some shooting game, ghost duno wad.., and i tink he's pro lar. He played till lvl 8 can!

We also played basketball shooting, and an aiming game where u nd to throw plastic balls to hit the objects in the screen.

Haha.

Then after dinner, YK had to leave early for tuition, and so we went shopping at Raffles City.

I din manage to buy anything, cuz the clothes on sales where all odd sizes and they're all too big on me.

Then we went to HK cafe at Marina Square for dessert.

Met up with dearest girlfriends to celebrate KQ's birthday.

It was lovely meeting up with the girls.

Cuz we'll share what's happening in our lives, and update one another.

I'm grateful that i've such friends who'll give me advice and encouragements when they know that things aren't going that smoothly for me.

ODAC camp (SIM)

The camp was held at Pulau Ubin. Everything was not too bad, the games, friends, ogls, etc etc. But only one thing that i don't really like was that, it was a lil too over bah. Haa. But they said tt tertiary camps are like this. So ya.

Anw i didn't know that Ubin has chalet over there, until sat when the seniors brought us there. Hmm prob one day we can organise an odac outing (jc) there haha.

And this being my first time to Minds Cafe, it was fun and enjoyable (esp with those lil screamings with excitement, etc hahas)!

Nights ppl!

Day out with Jen and RP

I woke up late today, so i didn't went to work.
Since it was pouring heavily outside, i felt even lazier. Haha.
Then i went back to slp again, and slept all the way till 10plus in the morning.
When i woke up, no one was at home.
So i ate my breakfast, read my newspaper while sitting comfortably on the sofa, slowly munching on the butter scotch fingers from Marks & Spencers, and sipping the packet of apple juice.

How much i love having the home to myself, with no disturbance. Hahas.

After breakfast, i started playing some piano pieces to keep my fingers alive instead of leaving it to rust and tangled.
Haha.
Yup, played for 1/2 hr before doing my stuffs.
Then i whipped up a simple lunch (Initially i was afraid i couldn't even cook proper eggs as i haven't cook for ages, but luckily it tasted nt too bad hahas) for myself.
And by the time, it was alr 2.30pm.
So i quickly finish up my food, wash the culteries, and prepared to go out.
Met Daph to go back to sch to collect our A-levels cert, and after which, i met up with Jen and RP for dinner.
(Cuz Jen's flying off on Sun to Aussie, so went out with her today)
We went to Raffles City, Shokudo. It's a jap style of Mashe. The price of the food there is relatively cheaper as compared to Marshe. And the food there tasted nt too bad as well.

So now, it's pictures time!

Totally lack of sleep.

Anw today at work, the manager gathered all the temp staffs at the Bankrupty dept, and told us her expectations, the complains she heard from other dept, unable to have short chats in btn,etc.
Kind of expected bah.
So i sort of concluded that the other dept is Finance dept, as D and EJ went with us for lunch tt day as well.
I admit tt we were in the wrong for not sticking to the lunch hours, and it'll be our first and last time.
So work from now on means: total seriousness.

After church, went out with YL, LY.
We took neo-print, and after that we had lunch together.

Sunday lunches were quite rare for the 3 of us as i normally won't be able to make it as i'll go to my grandpa's place for lunch.
Anw, after lunch at Cinne, YL went to work, and LY and me went shopping.
I bought a top and a cap from GAP kids.
Haha, yeap, kids top and cap.
I took XXL for the first time in my entire life okie. And of course it's cheaper too. Hahas.

Went home for dinner after that.

Monday (today):
Lunch today was like 2.5hrs instead of 1 hr.
Suddenly feel like not eating hawker food, so we went to Bugis, SeaFood Harvest Restaurant for lunch. And we waited for like super long can, ard 25-30 mins.
So by the time we ordered our food, it was 2pm. And 2pm was the official end-of-lunch time.
We had no choice, but to continue eating.
And we pondered whether to go back and take our bags and take half-day, or we shld just go back and work till 5pm.
But...
When we got back, no one really say anything.
So we continued working on.
I feel kind of guilty leh. Is like i exceeded the lunch time by 1.5 hrs.
Grr...
Anw, went home, and went out again after dinner.

New Handphone

Firstly, it's YK's birthday today!

My aunt was admitted to hospital the previous night due to a high temperature of 40 degrees.
So ytd night, we cancelled out tennis lesson and went to NUH to visit her.
She's much better when we saw her, but she was still having slight fever.
Hope that she'll get well soon!

Anw, later will be meeting my parents and bro at town to get a new handphone.
So got to check out the hps that i want now!

It's SK's birthday today!

In the morning when i was on the train to work, i saw the act of kindness of Singaporeans.
I was standing near the door in the train. And i suddenly heard a loud 'thud'.
Everyone turned to look in the direction where the sound came from.

As i was blocked by tall people standing behind me, i couldn't get to see what was happening.
So after 5 seconds, i heard the train driver speaking through the intercom "Have someone pressed the emergency button?"

Someone replied, "Yes, someone has fainted."
So when the train was approaching Bradell, which was the next stop, I cld see the ppl working at the train station, waiting outside the train door.
At tt time, i was thinking to myself "They are so fast and efficient."
When the train door opened, I turned, trying to tip toe on my toes, trying to take a glimpse of what is happening.
Then i saw a lady standing up, with the help of the mrt personnels, to get out of the train.
I could see that ppl in the train immediately made way for them, even though the train was so packed with ppl.
So after the lady was being helped out of the train, a man in smrt uniform did some handling of the emergency button to make it back to normal.


My thoughts:
1) Actually Singaporeans have a side of kindness, consideration, etc, as well. They aren't tt bad after all. (As the papers normally depit us as ugly Singaporeans, which is not totally true.) Probably there's just a handful of ppl who lodge complaints, that are often being made into large issue.
2) Smrt personnels are indeed efficient. I was kind of surprised when they were alr outside the train door waiting for the train to stop. Because the lady fainted at about 1/3 of the train journey from Bradell to Bishan. And the remaining 2/3 of the time was quite short, probably less than 2 mins.
So yup, an eye-opening incident for me.


Anyway at work today, we were busy writing birthday msges in the 2 birthday cards for the birthday guys. Haha.

During lunch, met Jerald kor for lunch and he brought me to Sakae Sushi for lunch. We each ordered a bowl of udons, chaiwamushi. And a plate of softshell crabs, red plate sashimi and red plate prawn sushi to share.
I was super duper full after lunch.

Being so full, i dozed off in the aftn :X (like what kor had said) Haha.
And and...
JH took revenge on me by taking a photo of me when i was sleeping.

After KBox, went hm, and got scolding from my dad. Said tt i kp going out at night, coming hm late (11.10pm only is considered late?!!), etc.I was so pissed off and couldn't bother to ans him much when he started questioning me. Luckily my mum told me to wash up, and so i had the chance of walking away. (And i did inform my mum i'll be going out after work okie)

It's just my dad lar.
Always reprimanding me, tt why must i always be hm on the dot of the curfew time, and nt going hm early, and wasting my time chatting and going out.
It's like wth can.
There will be no such word as curfew IF ppl always reach hm early.
I'm so angry.
Plus when my bro reach hm slightly later than the curfew time, he won't get any scolding at all can. And wad was my curfew time 2 yrs ago? 10.30pm? And his now?
So unfair can.
(Probably he doesn't go out as much as i do, but i still think it's not fair. Hrmf.)


Thursday (which is today)
In the morning, 7 plus am.
I was waken up by by dad's voice, asking me why am i not up yet.
And when i told him i took off today, for my driving lessons, he started his long string of reprimanding AGAIN.
I repeat, it's AGAIN.
This is nt the first time he's doing this, spoiling my day early in the morning.
He started questioning me.
Why did i took off for driving?
Can't i learn on Sat instead of taking leave to go for driving lessons? (BECAUSE Weekdays morning and aftn cost 72bucks a lesson, which is 10bucks cheaper than learning during weekday nights, and weekends. Plus u and mom didn't even want to foot for my driving lessons at all. U both said that if u al paid for my lessons, i won't take driving seriously. So since i'm paying all by MYSELF, i make my own choices on when i'm learning driving.)
Have i quit my job? (And he asked me this like twice, as if i was bluffing him, thinking i will continue wasting my time, or prob he thought i was still in my dreams.)
Haven i realised that uni was my last time tt i can put my effort in to study?
All sorts of qns asked.

I din even bother to ans him, pretending to be asleep towards the last few qns.
So after standing there for few mins, he walked off.
I'm so ANGRY can.
I rarely can get to slp till 9am, and here u're scolding me early in the morning, waking me up at 7plus.
It's like i'm so tired, as i've been slping at like 1am for the past few days, making b'dae card and doing my own stuffs, etc. It's nt as if my dad didn't see me making those things.
GRR.
(Although to parents, this may be a kind of concern and care shown. But to me, it's the wrong kind.)
Somehow i feel that my parents are stricter with me as compared to my brother.

Anw, my driving lesson was at 10.30am today.
Finally completed stage 2. And i learnt vertical parking today (:
7 more subjects to complete! *yeah*
But when i tried booking my practical test, and i was unable to.
Probably is because i haven gone for my auto lesson yet.
Nvm, i'll try again after 21st july, which is the date of my auto lesson.
My aim is to learn finish before my pdl expires.

So after driving, went hm, and found tt no one was at home.
Which is good.
Cuz after my grandma and a maid came to stay with us (which was in Apr), i rarely have the chance to have the whole house to myself.
Nt that i will make a chaos, but i can play the piano like nobody's business.
So i started playing some of my favourite songs.
Since young, i have the habit of practicing/playing the piano when no one's at home. (kind of weird eh haha)
So you can imagine how much i practice last time.
Opps.
Haa.

I'm thinking of finishing up Grade8, but i've still yet to confirm.
It's either i go back to my previous teacher, or prob i'll learn at Christofori.
(I've failed Grade 8 twice, and my last grade8 exam was in Mar JC1)
And i know i failed due to insufficient time spent on practicing my piano pieces and scales.
So yar, since i've alr choosen my timetable, i have 2 days free a week.
So prob during the 2 days, i'll learn driving and take up piano lessons.
(If i really take up piano lessons, i'll nd to be more thick-skinned to let them hear my horrible practicing of songs haha)

Okie, so much for today.
I'll end off now.

SIM orientation

I'm super tired today.
So much so that on the bus back home, after my orientation at SIM, I fell asleep like nobody's business. Haha.
I even knocked my head against the window.
I suppose it was quite loud, because the lady behind me was like 'Woa..'.
Haha. So paisei can.

Anw had SIM-UOL day camp today, and i made new friends.
Seems like most of the people that i know will be studying accounting and finance.
I signed up for Odac camp, and the membership. Which cost a total of 50 bucks.
Pondering if i should join the Windsurfing camp, as i have yet to try this sport.
Hmm...

There was a talk by an entrepreneur, who was somehow linked to the company of HP, IBM, SIA, etc.
He was interesting and funny, and dramatic. Haha.
He told us that he came from 'Oo-sa', and we were like 'Huh? What country is this?'.
Then towards the middle of his talk, then we realise that Oo-sa was actually USA.
-_- Kinda lame isn't it.
Haha.
And he gave out mongolian currency notes to those who answered his qn.
Cool right. Haha.
I wonder how mongolian currency looks like...
After the talks, we had the same games and stuffs that we usually play during orientation.

So after everything, which was during 6plus, D and I went to J8 to get some stuffs.
As D's going to TW with her friends.
Hope she'll enjoy her trip there!
