Singing

School-ed in the morning, then my parents came to pick me up after lesson.

The first thing they said was to tell me off about the attire tt i was wearing.

Dad said: No more fbt and tee shirt. You better dress properly when you go to school.

I hate to spend time deciding what to wear when i'm rushing for time in the morning.

Zzz.

And I cant think of what to wear as well.

Limited clothes in my wardrobe.

How i wish there's uniform for me to wear, like how it was in primary school to JC.

So tt i nd nt waste time thinking.
And i dun mind wearing fbt and tee because today wasn't my first time wearing tt attire to school.

Cuz i dun even bother how others look at me if i wore fbt and tee.

Haha.

Anw, back to the point, my dad and mum were alr sitting at the passenger seat while they were waiting for me, so tt I can drive.

And today was the first time dad's sitting on the car while i was driving! :)

Had lunch, then went down to grandpa's place before heading back home.

Not long after, i met the guys for singing, and i was late by an hour.

Cuz the singing session started at 2pm, but i only reached at 3pm.

Since i was down with lil cough, by the time i sang the last song, my voice changed.

Haha.

But over all, it was not too bad, or rather, i wld say it was great haha :)

Plus it was cheap, considering tt is was a weekend.

A total of 7 of us went ( 5secondary school friends + one guy who was QB's army friend + me).

Initially i didn't really dared to sing because it's my first time singing with them.

But after tt, they choose most of the duet songs so tt i can sing tgt with them.

(Because i kept insisting tt i don't want to sing alone, haha.)

They can sing pretty well.

And i didn't know until today lor.

Such a failure right, so many years of friends yet i didn't get to know about it till today.

Gah.

Haha.

Shall meet them again soon.

Probably for dinner in two weeks time, because i'm nt free nxt wk.

Oh ya, my parents paid me back, the learning of my whole entire driving course fee!!!

HAHA.

Suprisingly, mum suggested to pay me back before she flew off to Melbourne.

And after she discussed with dad, she tranferred me the money last wk.

Haha.

Never did i expect them to do tt.

Because initially when i wanted to learn driving, they said tt the couse fee shld come from my own expenses.

:))

(But actually if they didn't suggest to pay me back, i won't mind too. haha.)

Driving Licence

I received my driving licence today!

And i dun like myself in tt photo. Cuz it was taken at the photo ID machine at SSDC. Ugly picture. Grr.
Anw, i started working at National Healthcare Group, at the Finance Dept (probably 2 days a week). Comparing to my work at MinLaw, there is so much more work to do over here and it's tiring as well. Looking and double checking the figures on the computer screen is enough to make you go blind.

I feel like sleeping now but i have yet to complete my POA tutorial. Argh. Press on!!!

And tml, the guys want to go singing -.- (Maybe i'll just do my work while they sing, if only they sing nicely HAHA) Cuz i've alr turned them down for so many times alr, so ya, i'll be going with them tml.

I feel that i've fully utilised my day today!

Yups.

School in the morning, then headed to my aunt's hse to study.

Hmm such a conducive environment, how can i not study?

I've finally finished my Banking and Finance 7 qn essay tutorial, which i have procrastinated for nearly a month.

Cuz everytime i want to start reading my study guide before doing the tutorial, i either fall asleep while reading the study guide halfway through, or ...... (just some excuses).

Haha.

So for the whole 5 hrs today, i read, scribbled, wrote ALOT and took a few short breaks walking ard, looking at the scenaries.

And i've completed!

Anw, by the time the 1hr 15mins bus ride back hm (had to change 2 buses since there was no direct bus back), it was alr 7.15pm.

Late for dinner due to heavy traffic.

Then after dinner, went exercising with my mum.

Jogging, walking and using the fitness corner.

I want to train my stamina back!!

Cuz last wk, i only ran 2 rounds ard the Bishan Active area, and i alr pant like crazy.

Got my camera.
Went to town, Mt Elizabeth for dental review.
Then met Shar sis at town and we headed to NUS, as she wanted to take pictures with her graduation gown (Masters in Engine).
Sagina sis met us there.
We went to a cafe at the Engine School for cheesecakes and mocha drinks before taking pictures outside.
I was the photographer for the day, cuz i took most of the photos.
Haha.
But sadly the photos were quite blur, for those taken in vertical form.
Those horizontal ones where still okie.
Dunno why.
Something wrong with the pixels? Or did my hand shake?
But then when Sagina sis took a picture in vertical manner, it turned out blurred as well.
Hmm...
Weird.
But i shall improve on my skills one day.
Haha.

Anw picked up Cai from Science Fac after we the photography session, then we headed of Holland Village for dinner.
I had steak for dinner.
And i was super full.
Cuz we finished our cheesecakes at 5pm, and had dinner at 6.30pm.
Haha.

IRRITATING to the max.
I wonder who is that freaking inconsiderate person who has so much time to do this kind of things.

Presents from Parents!

Parents came back from Melbourne on Thus evening.
And they bought presents for us.
They bought a bag for me, exactly the type of material tt i've requested, a necklace, a pair of earrings, and a top.

They got brother more expensive stuffs than mine. His bag (Aussie 99.95) is alr 1/3 more ex than mine, a top, and a jeans material bermudas. I'm not comparing ah, i'm just stating them out only haha. Anw brother doesn't shop as much as me, so its okie tt they get him more stuffs. HAHA.

Dad didn't even bought anything for himself, and mum only bought herself a bag.

After seeing the pictures taken in Melbourne, i can tell tt they enjoyed their holiday over there. A relax trip, where had a nice apartment to stay in, a car to drive them ard, and a beautiful weather during the wk they stayed there.

Shall upload when my dad returns from overseas.

As in morning (friday), Dad flew off to China.

Golf Range

During the past wk where my parents were at Melbourne, Shar sis came over to stay at our hse to 'babysit' us.
Haha.
So on Mon and Wed, she brought me to the Golf Range at Eng Neo, somewhere at Bukit Timah.


Golf isn't tt boring as i thought it wld be.
And in the past, i have a weird mentality, tt only ppl with patience can play golf.
But after i tried golf, it isn't tt boring, and ppl w/o patience can play as well.
Haha.
What weird thoughts i have.
Haha.

So far, the furthest i could hit with no. 7 is just past 50m.

Shar sis is able to hit past 200m, with the driver stick.

Driver stick is the one with the biggest head, and it gives out one of the sharpest and loudest noise during the impact of the head and the golf ball.

The both days tt we played, it was during my brother's tuition time. So for these two days, after golf and to pick up my bro, i drove back home.

Haha.

Golf is fun, but it is quite an expensive sports.

Having golf lessons, buying the set of gold sticks and the bag, shoes, can amt to abt 1k if we want to start learning golf.

So when Shar sis ask if i wld want to learn, i was like "Dad will kill me if i said i want to learn now."

Haha.

This was my first time playing golf at range, and a good experience indeed.

New places tt i went for dinners

During Shar sis's stayover at our house.
She brought us to 2 new places for dinner tt we haven went before.


Last Sat, was crab bee-hoon at somewhere near Kembangan MRT.
Trust me, the food there is SOOO nice.
The lala was one of the best i've eaten.
Hence, a MUST TRY!!

It's a must try too! Haha.So after dinner, we went for supper at Ice^3.
After which, it was my first time driving on road after passing my driving test!
Haha.
When we reached hm, brother say tt my driving was nt too bad.
Cuz he thought tt my driving wld be jerky.

The second new place i went was... on the most recent mon
Mad Jack Cafe at Bukit Timah.One dinner set cost $21 + GST. Main course, soup, drink, dessert.

The drink on the left was banana and strawberry, and the right was strawberry, banana, blueberries. Sharry sis!

Friday


Odac's sparkles outing was cancelled as many of the arm guys book out late.
So in the end, RP YH Matt QQ and Me went to Night Safari.
It was kind of a last min thing.
So i rushed home for dinner, and then rushed out again at 9pm.
Met RP and QQ at SR central, then Matt and YH came to pick us up, and we headed off to Night Safari.


Btw I'll only put up pictures of human (which is like less than 3 pictures), cuz the pictures of the animals are rather blur.
As they were mostly taken on the tram, and some were taken just too near (those who were there will know haha).

On the tram before we left for the 2nd stop.

After taking the tram, we went for the Animal Show, and then we walked around in search of the animals.
At the start of the animal show, i got a fright when one of the helpers came to me in search of the snake. Then it ended up such tt QQ got frightened by me as well.
Haha.

We walked ard, looking through the glass panal, trying to spot the animals amiss the darkness. But many animals were nowhere to be seen. So we kind of concluded that they were alr sleeping soundly.


One of the more interesting place tt we went to was the big cage with fruit bats.
So when the bats suddenly flew past us, i screamed.
Scaring most of them. Haha.


We walked around till 11plus, near 12 midnight, and we were chased out by the ppl working in Night Safari, saying that we had to get back to the entrance as the place was closing soon.

QQ Me RP YH Matt

Afterwhich, we went to AMK mac (the branch opp the library), for supper.

Initially we wanted to eat pratas for supper, but then, all were closed by the time we reached there.
Hence the only place left was mac.

Then at Mac, we were all fooling ard.
Yes, fooling ard.
Haha.
Since Matt hasn't drove though the 'drive through' before, he decided to take a try.
So yup, he drove though, took our orders, and told the lady through the intercom.
After awhile, Matt said something tt triggered us into laughing so badly tt the intercom lady said "Can u stop laughing, I cant take your order if yr friends (or u all) continue doing tt".
I forgotten what he said, but all i can rmb is he spoke Hokkien naturally when he repeated himself more than twice. (RP can u rmb what he said?)

Anyway, someone suggested an idea again while we were in the car, queueing for our turn to collect our food.
The idea was rather... mischevious.
Haha.
Which was to get out of the car when we received our food!
So purposely.
:P
HAHA.

One of the Mac person was shock tt he kept staring at us with his mouth opened.
And being quite paisei, we quickly went to find a seat for 5.
Haha.
We ate, and chatted about some ghostly stuffs in NS and OCH.
And finally, we took some grp pictures (which is still with QQ), before heading home,
at 2am!

I like nerdy bags

BBall-ed in the morning with Daph.
Wanted to Vball as well, but there well CatHigh guys playing there alr.

Studied at Coffee Bean in the afternoon.

My colourful markers from Muji. Nice bag? But it's near 80 bucks -.-

Back packs are better than sling bags. Cuz the one sided sling bags isn't gd for our shoulders when you carry heavy book in the. So now i'm often looking out for back packs. Kind of nerdy, but i like. Haha. Back to the old-school time kind of days.

Dinner with my family

In the morning, i drove to church. (my 2nd time driving)
Haha.
After church, headed down to my grandpa's place.

See the number of pairs of shoes outside the house! Not including the shoes inside the house, beside the door.

Had lunch at my grandpa's place.
While eating, i was chatting and listening to my relatives teasing me to buy a car, praising me on getting my licence on my first attempt, telling my bro to treat me better so tt if he wanted to go anywhere, i will be willing to drive him ard.
Haha.

Dinner that night was at 4th aunt and 4th uncle's house.
Then i left early, tgt with my bro and my 6th aunt's family, to go down to my 4th aunt's hse to do some hw and revision.
My 6th uncle asked me to drive to my 4th aunt's house. (3rd time driving after passing my test). Actually i was quite surprised tt he asked me to drive.
Haha.
So with my uncle beside me, and 4 ppl at the back seat, i drove carefully to our destination.
It's kind of stress when there are so many ppl in the car.

Shortly after, we reached my 4th aunt and uncle's newly renovated house.
Beautiful scenaries were seen since we were standing on the 22nd floor.

After settling down with much awe and excitement from the fantastic views, i did some econs revision before my relatives started reaching the house in the evening.
The study room was very conducive for studying.
When you're tired and feel like taking a rest, put yr head up and look outside the window.
And you will see a scenic of greenaries, buildings, bukit timah hill and the big vast sky.
Cai and me were loving it so much so tt we thought of coming to my aunt's place after school, since NUS and SIM are less than 10 bus stops away from her house.
Plus if we want to have lunch, Holland Village is just a few stops away.
Haha.

Dinner today was delicious, esp the crabs, prawns and the curry vegetables. Spent more time chatting with my aunts, cousins after dinner. Dessert (tang shui, icecream and fruits) were finished up in a short time, such tt i didn't even had the chance to eat some fruits.

It was a pity that Dad and Mom were away in Melbourne, having their holidays, giving this gathering a miss. If not they're sure to enjoy it as much as i did!

A full day spent w/o even studying.
Kind of guilty.
I went singing with WT Daph at Topone/Onetop at Bugis from 11am-6pm.
WT brought us there.
I think going there is much more cheaper than Kbox, considering the long hours.
And the rooms for 3 are even bigger than the room for 3 at kBox.

I took some time out to meet my aunt for lunch, and then headed back to singing.
Then after singing, i went hm for dinner, before meeting RP they all.

Dinner at Breeks!

Ly came to my hse, then we headed to town to meet up with FH and XY.
We helped FH shopped for her dress to wear for her friend's ROM, then we headed to Breeks for dinner.
It's the first time the four of us had dinner tgt.
Haha.

Non-scientific calculator

After lesson, we headed down to Taka's Crystal Jade for lunch.


Then we went to buy a new calculator each at Kinokuniya.

Yes, a NON-SCIENTIFIC one.

Cuz we're not allowed to use a scientific one.

Gosh.

I dunno how am i gonna survive with a non-scientific calculator.

Going out later with my church friends for dinner!

A surge of emptiness

Gee, mum just left the house to go to the airport.
She's taking a cab there.
If only they allowed me to drive her there, i will.
Haha.

Suddenly feeling kind of empty now.
Mum's nt at home, Dad's at Melbourne waiting for mum to get there.
So it's just left with brother, grandma, maid and me.

How i wish i was able to go to Melbourne together with them...

Anyway, I just hope that Dad and Mum will have fun over there!

I'm so grateful that it didn't rain today.

Yup started off with an 8.15am lesson today, and it went well.
No mounting of curb, overtaking was pretty well handled even though the traffic flow was rather heavy since people were going to work.

I headed back hm after the lesson, took a really short nap, had my lunch, then headed back to SSDC for my driving test.

Daph accompanied me to my driving test.
(She offered to acc me ytd, and i agreed happily)

Such a wonderful friend indeed.

So i had my warm-up lesson before my actual test, and it went smoothly for me.
At 3.30pm, the head tester allocated our testers, and the route tt we will be taking.
I got route 1, and Mr Song was my tester.
He's probably in his 50s near 60s. A man with a stern look but he was a nice man.
So we went to car 85, and that was when the test started...

I was the first to drove off.
All the other cars were giving way to us.
Test cars are always being treated as 'kings'.
For eg. My first stop was directional change. There was a car infront of me, and a car inside the parking slot. But since i had the 2 'L' plates, and the 'on test' plate on the car, they had no choice but to drive off quickly to find another directional change area or to do other subjects.
It's a common practice to give way to test cars.
Like how we always give way to test cars, we now experience the same thing that we had done for others.

In the circuit, my first mistake was when i was doing the parallel parking.
Mr Song: okie, u can go out now.
Me: okie.
Then WITHOUT checking my blindspot, and giving signal, i just moved out of the parking slot.
So 4 marks deducted for failing to confirm safety.
My heart was beating super fast when the tester told me tt i didn't check my blindspot before moving off.
At tt time, i was thinking, ''i'm dead, such a simple thing, how can i forget tt".
I was kind of nervous at tt point of time.
But luckily, i managed to calm myself down.

The second and third mistake occured during my vertical parking.
I required additional reverse manoevre before i could park my car.
If i didn't move forward to adjust my car, i would have hit the curb and failed immediately.
So additional reverse manoevre, 2 marks deducted.

When i was reversing, i didn't turn back. And all the while, i was looking at my side mirror.
So for failing to confirm safety, 4 marks deducted again.

Well, so in the circuit, 8 marks gone due to failing to confirm safety. Or to put in simple terms, i didn't check my blindspot. 2 marks for additional attempt.
So 10 marks gone.

Next, going out of circuit.
I did everything almost perfectly.
Why is it almost?
Because during lane changing, the tester said to me "Just now when it's easier for you to lane change, u didn't do it. Wait till its harder here, then u do yr lane change.".
But luckily he didn't deduct me for tt, because i still did my lane change safely.
Haha.

Then we headed back to SSDC, parked the car back to the area tt caters for test cars.

And...
PHEW, I FINALLY FINISHED MY DRIVING TEST!
Haha.

So i followed my tester up to the room, and waited for him to print out the result and brief me on the mistakes tt i've made.
I sat at the table, waiting for him to come back.
When he was back with the results, the first thing he asked me was "Is this your first time taking the test?" And i was like "Ya, it is my first time."
And then....
he showed me my test results.

Result: PASSED!!!

I was delighted when i knew i passed.
After all the time, money and effort put in.

And i got only 10 demerits points.
(compared to the past when the best i did was 18 demerit points)

I immediately mass send an sms to my parents, some of my aunts uncles and cousins.
Haha.
After i got my results, i had to look through a traffice police video.
So daph helped me get a queue no to register for my licence. Because the previous time, she waited nearly 2 hours before it reached her turn.
But luckily i took only 15 mins.
Haha.
Cuz i manage to finish faster than the others and thus i didn't nd to spent time queueing up.


After doing some paper work, everything was finally done!
I went to get a 'P' plate, planning to put it in my parent's car.
Haha.

I'm a happy girl now.
Finally a burden off me.

A big thanks to those who wished me, and gave me advices before my driving test.
And Daph for accompanying me to my test.

Grandpa :)

After lesson, went down to grandpa's hse for lunch.

Had lunch together with grandpa and third aunt.

Grandpa was so nice to help me separate the meat's fat from the lean meat.

Cuz he knows that i don't like fats.

Haha.

Since I was the last to finish, grandpa was alr in the living room eating fruits.

(Third aunt had finished her lunch and went back to office even before i finished my lunch)

So when i went to the living room.

And even before i sat on the sofa, grandpa gave me the plate of fruits tt he left for me to eat.

So sweet of my grandpa right :))

Even the maid smiled at me when grandpa gave me the fruits.

Cuz i think usually he'll finish the plate of fruits after lunch.

Haha.

I rmb when i was young, my grandpa will bring me, my brother, and my cousins to the park to play, and to look at the cute tortises swimming in the pond.

Grandpa will also peel the skin of grapes, and take out the seeds before giving me to eat.

Yup, these are some of the many things that he does for us when i was young.

Anw, after grandpa went for an aftn nap, i went to the optician to check my eyes.

Initially i was hoping to change a new pair of specs, and mum alr gave me the money.

But since it was only a 25 degrees more for my right eye, the lady said it wasn't necessary.

I'm SCARED.
Because two more days,
TWO MORE DAYS...
and i'll be having my driving test.

I've been waiting to book slots, but there isn't any available slots for me to book my revision lessons.
I don't even feel prepared yet.
And this isn't helping much at all.

Yup and finally today, I've got the chance to ask someone a qn tt has been in my head for a very very long time.
Many ppl has been asking me what kind of church i'm in. And I've been struggling to give an answer (which i often give a reply: a tradition kind of church, whereby we still use hymn books and stuffs), because i'm nt very sure of it as well.
It's kind of embarassing when i do not know the specific classification of the church i'm attending.

But anw, when the sermon began, i started pondering over this qn again.
So i asked my aunt about it.
And she said that we're a Independent church.
My first thought was, what's an Independent church?
So she briefly explained it to me, and at least i understood most of what she was saying.
:)

In the aftn after church, went to grandpa's place for lunch, then headed back hm for a short nap.
Afterwhich, went to J8 with mum to get mooncakes for my dad.

Nice box isn't it.

Yes, keep it refrigerated so that when dad comes back from Melbourne, he can get to eat some mooncakes (:

School's starting tml after the one week break.

And i dread taking the one hour bus ride to school.

FINALLY an Odac gathering :D

Saturday

In the morning, went shopping with my mum at Orchard and Novena.
Bought 2 bottoms, 1 shawl.
Then we went back to J8, and had our lunch at some HK style cafe.
The beef noodles soup was nt bad.
After which, we headed to the library as my mum nd to borrow some books for her Melbourne Trip.

In the evening, met Reuben at Bishan before heading to Fukie's house for steamboat.
Finally, we had a Odac gathering! :))
Haha.
Have to admit tt life's quite boring without have Odac outings.
Haha.

Yup, quite a no of ppl turned up today.
Fukie YH RP CK Joel Jer Reu John Sam QQ Daph HL and Me!
But still missing a few ppl.

Initially we wanted to play with lanterns and candles after dinner.
But then it started raining half-way when we were still eating.
So we ended up DS-ing, and Wii-ing.
Haha.

Study + Play

On Friday...

At 11am, went to Bishan CC to check if there's spaces to study, to accomodate the 5 of us. (YD YX Rac LY Me)
But i think i was a lil too late.
Because all the tables were all taken up.
So i had no choice, but to head to Bishan library, in search of available tables.
But then, all were taken up as well.
So i ended up sitting in one of the sofa in the library studying my POA, while waiting for the rest to reach.

After a few hours, all of them reached the library.
And they decided to study at my place since there were no other places tt we could go.
So we went for lunch at Pizza Hut first, before going back to my place.

At Pizza Hut

Upon reaching home, I studied a lil in my room, and the rest were at the living room. Each of us did some of our hw, or studied a lil, but i think the productivity level was quite low tt day. Haha. So we studied + chat for sometime, afterwhich we went downstairs to play basketball.

It was a sunny day tt day, a perfect weather for sports, after raining for the past few days.

Initially, Yd and Rac were playing BB, and the 3 of us took some photos. Why did LY closed her eyes? LY said tt she was praying. Cuz she was the one who took the picture and yet she closed her eyes. Haha. And then i took a pic with her, and she closed her eyes again -_-
We didn't play for long as i need to go down to my grandpa's place for dinner, as my TW relative came. So yup, i'll end of with a grp picture!
Hmm next time we shall study at CC or library okie. So tt we can concentrate better. Haha :))

Rainy Days

It's been rainy non-stop for the past few weeks.

And since i do not have school this week, i had the chance of sleeping in this cool and nice weather till anytime that i want.

Things at home with the maid and grandma seems to be getting better...

Like what my Gab's dad has said, ''Do unto others what others do unto you''.

Their maid is slightly worse than mine.

And even so, xiaoguzhang didn't even shows any signs of anger when he told us about his maid.

Because he's patience level is super high.

Haha.

It's true okie.

He's the best uncle that one can ever wish for.

Yup so i've got to train my patience level. HAHA.

Tired legs

I'm back from my driving lesson.
And,
MY LEGS ARE DAMN TIRED.
Holding half-clutch like for SOOOO long.
My driving today was rather, i could say, not well done.
Vertical parking was very bad, i hit the curb, like twice in a lesson!
(So far in total, excluding today's lesson, i hit curb less than twice since i started my driving lessons.)
So now, a total of 4 times altogether.
Boo.
I missed out blindspot quite frequently, as usual. Haha.
I didn't keep more than 1m during overtaking.
There was once i drove into other's lane during a bend, in the circuit.
Haa.
There are still somemore errors, but these are the more severe ones.
So counting all the points, a deduction of 22 points.
But for a total of 3 routes.

Anw the heavy downpour lasted for less than an hour, and it stopped the moment i reached home.
Grr.
End up my shoes was filled with water inside, and i was half-drenched.

My patience limit is reaching

Sometimes things my grandma do are just...
I've noticed that since ytd night, she has already transferred the frozen raw food to the normal place in the refrigerator. (When i refer to the refrigerator, i dun mean the freezer.)
So just now i've asked her why she transfer them so early instead of doing it few hours before she cook.
And u know what she replied?

G: if i don't take them out early, the raw meat will be as hard as stone.
Me: but if u put them there, there'll be germs all ard.
G: the food are alr wrapped in plastic bags, there'll still be germs meh?
Me: of course lar.
G: but if u don't take it out early it can defroze properly.
Me: u can put the meat, which is in the plastic bag, and soak it in water.
G: the fish/meat will get rotten if u put it in the water
Me: i said, put the meat/fish which is in the plastic bag, then put it in water.

Last time when u just came to our hse, she just put the raw meat on the plate and into the refrigerator.
Super unhygenic.
I am very particular about all these.
Even though the frigde is cold (i assume it's below 37 degrees since tt's the temperature germs will thrive.) there'll sure to be some germs in the fridge.
Argh.
Luckily my mum told her to wrap the food before putting it in.
Or else i swear i won't eat the things in the refrigerator.
Because now, the frequency of me taking food from the fridge has alr decreased.

I've told my mum saying that there's a smell (those kind of smell of raw meat/fish) in the fridge (i'm very partcular abt it, even when plain water is left inside the fridge, i'll know when there's a unfamiliar taste in it) and she told me to forget it.
So i had no choice but to keep mum.
And one day when dad opened the fridge to take out the box of chocolates after dinner time, he commented that why is there such smell in the fridge.
Then i told mum, "there, i told you alr."

Damn pissed off lar, normally i'll tell grandma, but she don't listen. Thinking that she's right.
Stubborn.
Sometimes i just cant stand her.

And these few days, there have been ants crawling from one end of my study table to another.
I wonder why.
Could it be the weather? The rainy weather this week?
Maybe.
But not so many.
Cuz in the past, before they came and stay, there weren't so many ants as before in the house.
(And i hate ants. Nt tt i'm scare of them but i just hate insects.)
Now, they cook more, food are left outside for a much longer time.
So naturally ants make their way here.
Idiot.
And grandma told me tt there'll sure to be ants at home.
But i don't think so.
Because in the past, the house was almost free from ants.
Sometimes we'll see some ants crawling ard near rainy season, but other than tt, almost none at all.
OH WELL...
nth tt i can do but just grumble on and on...

Okok, something random now.
I just saw an e-mail from FB, and it says,
Anuar bin K... added you as a friend on FB.
I was like, quite surprise you know.
Haha.

Anw i'm going for revision driving later.
It has been a month since i've last went for lesson.
Hope that i don't forget the stuffs that i've learnt.
Less than a week to my driving test!

I'm loving mooncakes!

Today in the aftn, at ard 3 plus, I started compiling all the chapter 2 key terms in my banking and finance notes, the study guide, textbk tt i borrowed from the library- financial market and institutions, and a handbook of financial planning which is from the library as well.

There's a total 68 key terms in chpt 2.

But i'm only done with 20, at this point of time.

I'm nt even done with half of it yet.

I'm like typing them out one by one, comparing one definition with another, summarising some of the more impt main pts, drawing lil diagrams and examples using tools in microsoft words.

That's why my progress is so slow.

But i'm feeling quite hardworking, for once.

Just back frm J8 with my mum and brother to get more snowskin mooncakes.

Snowskin mooncakes are my fav!

Haha.

Few days back, mum bought one box (contain 4 big snowskin mooncakes) from Tung Lok, and we managed to finish within 3 days. I ate like 1 mooncake, and half of another.

So today, we got a box of 8 mini mooncakes, tt contain bailey, dark choc, and two more flavours from Swissotel the Stamford.

I had them last year, and i loved it.

My mum knew tt i'll want to get them this yr, and even before i asked her about it, she asked me whether i would like to get one box!

Haha.

I was wondering, by the time V reach her hostel will be so late alr, nt dangerous meh.

Cuz tt time newspaper got report abt a girl getting molested by someone (currently stil under investigation, as tt day when i read the newspaper, they said tt the indian workers where willing to have a blood test or smth) when she was near her school campus at 11 plus at night.

Sounds scary eh.

Haha.

So to my friends who are living in hostel now.

Don't hang out alone at night, and always have friends to accompany you!
