Croak like a frog

My voice is almost gone, after 3 wks of working at MOE HQ call centre.
So i had no choice but to take a day off today to nurse my horrible voice.
Haha.
My job scope is to pick up an average 55 calls (so far my highest was only 58 calls a day) a day, typing what the caller has said, and what did i said to the caller.
This job is not too bad, with those friendly temps and perm staffs teaching and guiding me along the way.

Lagging being on many posts as blogger doesn't seems to allow me to upload any photos.

My Mundane Life

I've been starting to work these few weeks, and everyday is really tiring me out.
I have to drag myself out of the bed early in the morning, think of what to wear to work, multi-task at work, gobble down my lunch. Everything is so fast paced.
It seems so ironic that i started complaining that i'm bored after playing for 2 mths, and when i start working, i starts to complain about it.
Well, that's life.
So in order to perk up my mundane life, shopping for clothes and bags, outings with friends, or catching a movie, or having a feast is indeed necessary.
And now it's seems even nearer towards the release of the results.
80% of me want to get my result now because sooner or later, i will still have to face the outcome. Not having a good feeling about it tho.
I need a getaway, like seriously, to enjoy and relax myself.
And i see it coming to me soon (:

A getaway, to forget and to enjoy...

I've got a feeling that my dad would wake us up early to have breakfast tgt, like what he'll usually do on a public holiday.
And i was right.
I was waken up by my parents at 8.15am, when i was still super sleepy -.-
And with my eyes still half closed, they gave me only 5 mins to change and then we went for breakfast buffet at Delifrance.
Haha.
We ate for nearly two hours, and then we went back home.
And the moment i reached home, i headed straight to my bed and slept till now.
Eat, sleep, and eat (having my lunch again), like a pig haha.
Good good i can grow fat haha.

Apart from that, i went to the agent last friday before heading over to sch for night cycling.
And i missed the deadline to enrol into UK universities this yr's argh.
If i had act immediately when my parents suggested that to me in May, I'll be able to meet the deadline.
Damn sian, too bad for me.
I'll probably have to look into other options or just stay here.
And i rly hope that my results, that is coming out in end Aug will be okie.

I CANT STAND IT, BLOGGER IS GIVING ME SO MANY PROBLEMS BECAUSE I CANT UPLOAD ANY SINGLE PHOTO AT ALL.

Work today was not too bad.
I'm glad that so far the temp staffs are friendly, esp those whom i'm attached to for training.
So after attaching to the more experienced temps and hearing their calls, i am finally had allowed to pick up calls haha.
Actually it is not that scary after all, provided there's no nasty callers. And i hope i wun meet any haha.
I wonder when will i actually be able to pick up calls by myself, answer the enquires at the tip of my fingers without have an exp temp staff by my side, etc. haha.

Anw i ended work early, so i went to sch straight to join the rest who were tending the Odac booth.
Afterwhich was dinner and meeting.
And i reached home only at 11.30pm.

I'm super worn out.

So it's another busy day for me.

Woke up super early in the morning, like 5 plus, just to drive my brother to sch as he was one of the marshaller for SR's Will Run event.
After which met up with WT, QQ and RP for breakfast. Or rather i was the only eating haha cuz i cant skip meals haha.
Anw, the Will Run is a charity event, whereby Singapore Pools will donate 1 dollar for every 1km run by the students, teachers or the alumini body.
The last time i ran was during the Adidas Sundown (team), and i didn't even trained after that at all. So initially i was hesistating to go but due to some reason, i had no choice right haha.
Anw i just ran 4 km plus then i went to find wt who was in the toilet resting. Then QQ completed 10km, power right haha.And i saw so many of my juniors!

This is some cool random picture we took in the cinema when we watched Ice Age 3 sometime ago. The flash from the camera was so bright but we didn't bother abt that haha.

Oh ya, i went to watch Harry Potter with my mum last week, and i fell asleep halfway -.-

On the way to work today, i was pratically slping all the way.

Everyone encouraged me to, but alot of things is stopping me. And mum made me do the research by myself, which i dun like to because i'm used to being spoonfed all these while.

Went shopping with mum at town while bro stayed at home to study.
Well, we both bought quite a number of things haha.
I don't like shopping on weekends because it is way too crowded.
Then we met brother for dinner at Ding Tai Feng before heading home.

Seriously i've been buying at least dresses or top or bottoms every week, or i'll try to persudae my mum to pay for me. hahaha.
Gosh I just cant stop shopping.

In the morning, i was stuck on the bus for one and a half hour. At Macrit Res, bus took nearly 45 mins to even move 100m. Can you believe it. Heavy jam from Thomson all the way to Lornie.
Conclusion, i was late for work. And it's not my fault cuz i took the bus of the same timing ytd morning and i reached half an hour earlier. Zzz.
Anyway apart from tt.
My in-charge was very understanding. When i msged her tt i'll be late, she included this in the msg "It's alright. Don't run, cause the roads are slippery. I'll see you later :)".
So nice right. I mean how many people will actually tell you to be careful, etc, apart from it's alright. :D

During breakfast before church today, my aunt came to me and commented tt i'm forever busy, and the way she keeps track on me is to view my fb haha. This shows her concerns towards me because i've not been going to grandpa's place every sunday due to the preperation and actual day of the odac camp.
For me, if i kp missing out family gatherings on Sunday, i will feel that something is missing. So i will always make a point to go down to grandpa's place every Sunday after church, unless i have no other choice.

Anw night cycling's dry run is this coming friday and this is only my 2nd time trying that. Hope my butt dun hurt after that haha ouch!

Sometimes you just need someone who have the same sentiments as you, in order for you to pour everything out to.

ODAC Orientation Camp 09

I'm finally back at home, with my legs and buttocks infested with mosquitoes/sandfiles bites that keeps me scratching like one unglam person. haha.
Anyway the camp was a rly great one tho there was alot of cockups during the planning and stuffs, but it still went according or even more successful than what i've expected :)
The debrief after breakfast after break camp was a one which again reminded us of our roles that we had to play in the com, etc...

I'll stop here as i only had 5 hours of slp during the camp, so i'll need to wash up and take a good rest!

SRJC's Gala Dinner

It was a wonderful time, seeing everyone dressed up, meeting the teachers who taught us when we were in JC, sitting in a long table that everyone said it looks like Harry Potter style, and taking photos whenever we had the chance to :D
We went Jas's hse to make-up before heading to the school.
Upon reaching school. We stood outside and take quite a no of pictures before going into school.

The school had changed quite alot, with a new synthetic field, extended canteen, bbq pit, etc.We went into LT3 as the weather outside was so hot.Out of the 24 people in our class, 15 turned up :DPosing with the humongous lens that is super heavy and cost 10k!The whole bunch of us went to take pictures in the middle of the dinner. haha. Everyone was staring at us, wondering why we suddenly walked away from our table. Well is because we were quite bored waiting for our food to be served.

Girls went to the washroom to camwhore, while the guys stood outside to talk while waiting for us to come out of the washroom.

After camwhoring in the washroom, we decided to do some jumpshots! Of course without our heels haha.Went back to our tables after we saw that the main dish was served. Our teachers came to take pictures with all of us, and we kept ourselves occupied by taking pictures(as usual) and playing itouch.

Ohya, and did i mention that SR's dance is so awesome! They danced beautifully. Their dance is up to the standard to the gold with honours that achieved. And i heard that they were invited to dance in AYG's opening ceromony.

Off to Liquid Kitchen. The 6 of us squeezed at the back seat haha.

Sometimes my parents are really driving me crazy.
Curfew especially.
I hate it whenever they restrict me when i'm already for heavens sake 20 yrs old!

Yes i do feel guilty and bad whenever i talk back with damn horrible attitude but when i flare up tjust thinking how unfair the treatment is, and why do i have to be back by 11pm (sometimes slightly late for half an hour or so) when other friends of mine have the freedom to, i will talk back.

And for your info, i have not stayed over at chalets (excluding family chalets) before, how nice. Yes how irritating that is.

So it's tension pulling time when i have found a job for these two months. So that they are not able to use allowance to threaten me. Now you know why i want to work, yes partly for that reason.

Wild wild wet on a not-so-sunny-day, which is a good thing because i wun become tanner haha.
Anyway the five of us went tgt with YH's family.
Group picture after we went for the big round float. And sitting with FK is super fun where the float will go real high and water will splash on you haha. Videos with FK.

The most exciting ride over there. And sitting with a much heavier person does make a difference haha.
Sat with YH's sis the first round, and it wasn't that scary and it just went up and down a total of three times. Then the nxt round i sat with RP, and when it went further up compared to the first time i was stunned haha cuz it went up almost to the top. Then we started laughing the next moment.Underwater shots! (:Next to the Tsunami.And we went for another round of shiok river before going back again.
Then we went to wash up before having dinner at EHub.

YH's family went back and then QQ JW and Jer joined us for Transformer 2. The show was not really up to what i've expected for the last part, but other than that, it was not too bad. The planes and everything was real good haha.

In the morning till evening, we tried out all the games at Diary Farm and then headed for dinner. After which we went for a game of bowling at Mt Faber's Safra.

Ms Virus

After my holiday, i finally had the time to meet up for aftn tea and supper with my dear friends haha.
In the morning i went for cca booth duty in school tgt with D, S and HS. After which it met up with L and BW tgt with D for 'high tea' haha. The moment i walked in L and BW who were alr there quickly covered their mouth because they've heard stories of my close encounter of H1N1 -.- tsk tsk. And then we started talking abt it, that the girl sitting beside me gave us that kind of look heh. We chatted non-stop, and when i reached home, my throat was a lil sore haha that proves how talkative we are.
Then i went home for dinner before going out to meet 19th for supper.
Got ji siao again by them for getting the virus, and i told my whole story again haha.
I think it's interesting to know that your friend had close encounter or u suspect the friend may has contacted the virus but yet they're still willing to go out with you haha.
Anyway it was great seeing them after a week, and some i hadn't seen them for more than 2 weeks. Had dessert at some rather new dessert stall at serangoon gardens before going to chomps for my second round of dinner, and their first round of dinner haha.
I reached home past midnight, way past my curfew time, but everyone was asleep when i'm back. So i think i may get more naggings from mum tml.
I just finish bathing and the smell of chomps is still in my hair although i've washed it twice. And I think i'm washing it again -.-

Argh i still have so many pictures and post to update and i'm so lazy to do all of them. I've alr updated my previous week's pictures only. Boring grr. Prob to save time i'll just summarise and put up one or two pictures.

And i still haven packed my cupboard and my clothes are all stacked up on my chair and my mum have been nagging at me since the start of this month, and seriously i have no time because i have been going out everyday that very day my exams ended. Plus i have yet to finish unpacking my luaggage which i dont feel like doing right now haa. Lazy bum bugs crawling in again and i just feel like going out but my mum is restricting me because she said it's better to stay at home these few days and avoid crowded places (tt's wad moh said to me as well -.-). And i cant stand seeing my cupboard with my clothes all anyhow thrown inside and i think i need to change my wardrobe of clothes badly argh. I need more shopping (because i didn't shop much in beijing as i was not feeling well so i didn't have the mood the shop), and i'm tired of my clothes but probably before doing that i have to start finding a job, like soon...

I shouldn't have commit myself to it. Now it's really eating my time away. double boo.

Bei Jing Trip

DAY 1

Checking into the hotel in the evening after meeting Dad at BJ's airport.After we've put our stuffs at the hotel, we went out for a walk around our hotel.Beautiful buildings against the sunset.Dinner at some restaurant that is famous for their Ja Jiang Mian, which apparantly doesn't suit our taste as it was very salty, and there were too much vegetables!DAY 2- Olympic's Bird Nest and Water Cube.
Breakfast at some local place that the taxi driver brought us to. The place was so small and a lil dirty but the food was good. This stall is famous around that district.We had to wait so long under the damn hot sun before we can get into the area as there was some table tennis event going on.Finally after waiting we got to go in!
The train station that was so big and clean and beautifully decorated. BJ is much cleaner compared to the last time i was there.DAY 3- Tian An Men I love the watch museum the most! The other places inside is so boring, all ancient buildings look the same to me.Their newly built arts building. Something like SG's esplanade.DAY 4- Chang Cheng
We took the sky lift up, and continue to climb to the top. And then took something like the sentosa's luge down to the starting point.
The scenary was really amazing and the sunny day made it even better for phototaking.
Comparing to the other part Ba Da Ling, where it's a more common tourist spot, this place has lesser people, which is good because we need not squeeze with other ppl while climbing or when we're taking pictures. Brother climbed to the most top part and me mum and dad stayed at a point to wait for him. I didn't go up with him partly because i was not feeling well. Anyway that's not the main point, the main point is that brother climbed the super steep and never ending flight of stairs haha.The luge that we took haha and we enjoyed it alot! And i think this is better than the one at sentosa because it's way faster and longer haha.DAY 5
Their market which is surpriseingly cleaner than the ones in sg.
After that we went to see their olden days kind of houses. That area has a mix of ancient and modern buildings because of the backpackers inn over there. So to cater for the backpackers which are mainly the westerners, there are alot of cafe and pubs over there.
Dinner at the famous restaurant for kao ya (roasted duck) with dad's colleague.DAY 6- Back to SG.
We checked out at noon and then head down to the airport as our flight was in the evening.
Dad sent us to the airport and then he went off for his business trip.

Children's Camp

And i shall summarise everything here.

Well for these 3 days it was really an experience for me because it was my first time helping out at a children's camp. And i can say that teaching, taking care, looking after the kids aren't an easy task. Because everyday after the camp when i used the laptop at night, i will doze off infront of the screen when i have not even used it for ten minutes. That proves how worn out i was haha. But everything was worth it. Teaching them, guiding them along, being a jiejie to them as well as an assistant teacher, etc, all were worth it :) I'm glad God has given me the chance to help out in this camp during my holidays! It's really worthy of my time to help out! Yay!

Going out everyday, as usual.

And just ytd night, parents told me trip is confirmed.
So yup after that, i hope to get started on my long procrastinated piano lessons.

And i had my first motorbike experience today! haha it wasn't that scary as i thought it would be haha...

Settlers with 89 Churchies Batch!

After i reached home after WWW, i quickly rushed down to meet the churchies at town.
Ahh finally an outing together, thanks to YL for organising haha.
We went to Settlers! YL LY YH JW MF and me :)
Started off with UNO staco and JW was busy eating while we were busy playing haha.
Everyone taking the brick out carefully in order to prevent it from falling. UNTIL...
YH took the brick halfway, and then everything came tumbling down. And at that moment JW was busy drinking his float and 2 of the bricks fell into his cup, and he got a shock tt his straw flew out and stained his pants haha. Everyone was laughing non-stop, and i laughed so hard that i've got a big bruise on my thigh.Other games tt we played. The bone one was fun, it's smth like heart atttack just tt there's an additional sneaky bone part haha.YH left early like ten plus and met his other grp of friends and we head to the arcade and played till it closed.I'll end off with a group picture :)

Thursday
Stayed over at my cousin Gab's house since i was having my holidays.
Took a train and walked to their house, in time to have lunch together.
After which for the whole afternoon me and 6th aunt went for grocery shopping and to buy dog food for Sparky.
So before we went into the shop, aunt warned me tt there'll be a very huge dog inside, and the dogs inside are allowed to walk freely but they're friendly haha. So when i went inside i was shocked to see such big dalmation as i didn't see such big dogs before.
Then it was making of cheesecake at night with 5th aunt and 6th aunt! :)

We baked 4 normal cheesecake, and 1 blueberry cheesecake. I love blueberry cheesecake, delicious! :)) haha i even had it for the breakfast next day.Friday

Went to Wild Wild Wet with 5th aunt, 5ht uncle, Aloy, Aaron and Aud.
5th uncle looked after the stuffs so he didn't went down. So i helped to look after the kids haha and i can say the kids are so energetic and i'm getting old because i was so tired at the end of the day after running around with Aud up and down the slides, making sure she wasn't hurt and was safe.
And i played the 'U-shaped' thingy with Aloy, and the way down he screamed like crazy and his lung powers are huge u know haha. Tho my heart almost flew out on the way down, i couldn't help laughing like crazy the moment he screamed. A memory i will remember haha damn funny the way he could screamed for so long and loud haha!

I don't have any pictures except the ones at the top because my camera wasn't waterproof.

Short but Good

Met them for post-celebration.
Lunched.
Watch Dance Subaru today with them, nt bad a movie!
Took neoprints haha.
Dinner.

Then went off early to meet WM QB Ken Bran ZW for dinner (but i just ate dessert).
Found a place to chat for an hour plus and we chat about so many things haha. Those crazy moments in sec sch, uni stuffs, outings, etc. A short but still a good chatting session.
Then the bishan-ers took 88 home, and the bus tyre was punctured even before reaching the first bus stop. We were engrossed in talking and we didn't even realise that the bus had stopped until the busdriver called out to us to give us a complimentary ticket and refunded our bus fare.
This is my 2nd experience having a complimentary ticket haha.

Anyway, Bran is enlisting on the 5th June, all the best to you, and i will see you botak when u're out! haha. Till then, take good care and drink lots of water okie!

A good old rest day!

It seems like i'm even busier now than my schooling days. WM told me that as well, and i agree with him totally haha. Because i'm not taking up any temp jobs and yet my schedules are really packed to the brim.

So it's refreshing to stay at home to catch up on my sleep today, because I've been going out everyday for the past 2 wks and i'm really deprived of sleep. I reached home at past 1am most of the days (of course i got naggings from my mum because my curfew's at 11pm) and woke up with my eye bags getting bigger each day.
Therefore I've slept from midnight to afternoon today. haha i can slp even longer but i've decided to wake up to satisfy my growling stomach.
(sry to YL and LY for ps-ing them today because i've woke up late today. have fun singing at kbox!)

Celebrations have more or less come to an end, with one more to go with my church grp. And Sundown Marathon has ended too. So i believe trainings will prob cut down. But i'm still deciding to take part in the human race and stand chart race because i want the shirts hahaha. And if i want to take part, i think i have to start training regularly.
And and this is a good time for 19th to start saving again because we have rly spent alot for the past wks, seeing each other and going out almost everyday. Even my mum said that i'm seeing 19th more than her haha.
So we'll just stick to supper and movies first. Outings? Probably we'll have too haha.

Hmm looking at my schedules again, it seems like calender is quite packed alr. I have 2 camps this june, one is the children's camp and the other is the combined teens-youth camp. For the childrens camp, i'm being assigned to be the assistant teacher for the upcoming children's camp. So i'll have to read and prepare teaching materials for the 3 days. I'm quite nervous and excited at the same time because this is my first time helping out at childrens camp haha. Imagine me being a teacher? I cant imagine that now, prob i'll know after the camp haha. As the the TY camp, it'll be similar to the one we had last year. And i think i'm being assigned as one of the dorm leaders. Hmm i've got a feeling it'll be as enriching and exciting as the one last year, or even better :) So yup do pray for me and the upcoming camps.

Ytd WeiLi laoshi asked me if i want to try serving in the nursery, so i'll most likely be going there next Sunday haha little kids yay! I've always wanted to be a nursery teacher during my holiday temp jobs because i think little kids are very lovely and cute. But i've yet to because of one thing that is holding me back, that is to clean up their backsides after they have shitted haha. I rmb few yrs back my lil cousin shitted and i have to clean her butt, but in the end i couldn't do it and shouted immediately (in a funny way) for the adults to help me haha. Horrible eh haha but i rly cant do it. Haha but after asking my mum abt what will they ask me to do, she said that prob i'll just observe what the teachers normally do.

Anyway apart from the camps, i still have (many) meetings which means more minutes to do argh, and dinners with my friends who are going into NS.
And not forgetting supper and movies with 19th because life is quite mundane without 19th you know hahaha.

Sundown Marathon

In the afternoon. Drove down to YH's hse and parked the car there because we're afraid tt it'll be hard to find place to park our cars at Changi Point.
Upon reaching YH's hse, preparing and getting changed.We had dinner, and then took a bus down to Changi Point.
Prepared for our team category at 8pm.
My group consist of QQ RP and YH (team leader). I was kind of excited because it was my first time running a marathon. The other team (Daph Fukie Veron JW) and our team walked to the starting pt tgt.
Then not long after, everyone was counting down "5,4,3,2,1 GO!" And the race officially started. The weather was much more cooling, and i finally use the breathing technique that RP and YH taught me during the last training, and it works! Because i didn't walk and didn't drink any water haha. During the whole 10km, RP accompanied me to run as QQ was faster than me, so YH accompanied her. Each guy accompanied each of us to run, so nice of them right haha. Anyway thanks RP for listening to my complains towards the end of the race, and encouraging me to run, if nt i will be walking instead. And towards the last 200m, YH came to find us, i was v tired and starting clinging onto the back of RP's shirt and YH pushed me from the back. And running tt way was sooo shuang haha where i dun have to put in effort in running :D haha. Anw the last 100m i ran normally again. And the next thing we heard was, Lickety Split being announced for completing the race :)) Yay!Then after me and RP got our drinks, medals, cap we went to find QQ who was waiting by the ultra-marathon finishing line. Then the two of us went to the toilet, and on the way there, we took pictures haha. I was sweating like crazy after running. See how my face glows.After both of us came back, we waited for 3 other members from the next team to reach.

On the way back to YH's hse.Upon reaching, we were feeling so sticky tt we decided to jump into the swimming pool SECRETLY haha. And after most of us did our jump, we quickly got our shoes and went back as the security guard was somehow a distance behind us haha damn funny. Cos when they saw the guard coming, everyone was like "kuai dian kuai dian na ni de dong xi!" (hurry up and grab yr stuffs and go). Luckily we were fast hahaha.Squeezing the excess water before going into YH's hse.We washed up, and i drove Daph Veron and JW back home as i wasn't able to join the others for supper. And i reached hom at 1.15am.

I like this picture the BEST :) The four of us are smiling so happily! And i'm glad that this was my first marathon and it wasn't that bad. More marathons?

YQ's 21st BIRTHDAY

We attended Odac senior YQ's 21st birthday party at Costa Sands and we saw some of our seniors. And i think i couldn't recognise most of them, but only the few regular faces that i usually saw. Then after filling up our stomachs, 19th went up to the room to chat and camp in the air-con room.In the room fooling around with our nonsence haha.RP's shades.Took pictures with the balloon. Then here comes the interesting part. At tt time everyone arrived but HL, because she had to attend her grandma's birthday celebration. So happen that YQ was in the room at tt time and walking to the door to bring the cake down. And coincidentally HL came up and the moment she opened the door, she excitedly shouted "Hey sucker!" and so happen she said tt pointing to YQ(because she heard RP's voice on her way up and wanted to surprise us). Haha, the best joke of the day when we say YQ stunned face and HL's embarassed face hahaha. Super classic, and the rest of us who saw continued laughing non-stop. So this is where the sucker grp is created, with HL as the president. hahaha!

Then the usual procedure for birthday party was carried out. Sang birthday song, took pictures, cut the cake, and then 19th helped to cut and gave out the cakes.

We left at ard 11pm, because we want to go for supper. All the girls came tgt with me, while the guys went with RP. We had Jalan Kayu in mind for supper. But when we went there, the carpark was packed, and since JW wanted to go hm as it was alr quite late, we had to send her back. After tt we decided to try Causurina, but when we reached there, it was closed. So we had to detour again to Prata House, but the place was packed like crazy. So guess where we ended up at? We went to AMK mac -.- 1hour spent on finding places to eat haha. Pro ehh. And the fun thing was that during traffic junctions when the two cars stopped side by side, we started taking pictures haha.And thank you all for escorting me to the lift! Act i was kind of worried when i heard tt, but luckily i had you guys tgt with me :D haha.

The four of us went shopping in the afternoon! And we bought a striking shirt for night cycling haha.
After which we head down to RP's hse where we created a walking SNOW/FOAM man hahaha.

Our weapons all lined out to be used later.
And the moment he came out of the lift, "ATTACK!!!". The lift wasn't spared either. I like the bottom left picture so funny the way he's sitting there hahaha.

We continued spraying until the spray cans were used up.After RP went back to his hse, his mum was laughing when she saw him. So he quickly showered and we sang him birthday song, while JW carried the birthday "cake"-apple strudel.On the way to dinner.Wonder why these pictures are soo blur. Cuz CK went "ahhh.. tatatatata" (clicking of the camera) and moving it like a machine gun -.-Liquid Kitchen was up next! We played some card games where by the person before them can sabo the next person to drink when the previous person piled up the cards. Fukie drank the most, and next was me -.- And i think tt day Fukie(twist) and QQ(oh yeah!) were abit high after drinking as the things they did weren't their usual self. As for me, i was still alright haha.

My 20th birthday was a smashing one :))
Thank you everyone for the birthday wishes, and birthday gifts.
And those who turned up at the surprise birthday celebration.
Not to forget the two most important girls Daph and YW who spent alot of time preparing for this surprise party.

Daph met me at Bishan before we head down to Kallang for ice skating. Upon reaching, i saw them! WT CK BW YA YS Diana(she even msged me happy bdae and asked me where was i going when i was still at bishan, so i was really v happy to see her because i've nt seen her for soo long, ahh diana tricked me haha)

RP joined us after that. Bottom right pic: me and Diana trying out the metal thing for kids haha.Mixture of 19th and SIM odac.Afterwhich we head to the arcade to wait for the 1730hr shuttle bus because i had to "rush down to meet my primary school girlfriends to go to vila bali". (you'll know ltr why this is in inverted commas).
But after playing, we've exceeded the time. So RP sent daph(who said that she has to go out with her parents), Boon(who said that he has to work at 8pm) and me to Kallang MRT. And from there, me and daph went back to bishan while boon went home to change. So I went to meet YW at J8, and saw some of my sec school guy friends over there. Said hi, they wished me happy birthday, and then we went off since we were meeting my other pri school girlfriends.
Then after waiting for them but they have not shown up yet, YW said tt we have to go to the cc as she wants me to meet someone from the same primary six class as us. So upon reaching there, guess who i saw? It's Maurice! It was really unexpected as that was only the 2nd time i've seen him after graduation from primary school haha. We chatted and realised that i have a cousin who is in the same class as M. It's such a small world right.
Anyway, after tt YW said i had to follow her somewhere. And i kept questioning her because our plan was to go to Villa Bali and not stay in Bishan, but she just kept ignoring me, and said that if i keep asking her, she won't talk to me anymore zzz.
So i just followed. Cross the basketball court, up the pavement, heard ppl talking, then when i walk up, i saw a grp of ppl there! I WAS REALLY SURPRISED! Those who tricked me saying they were busy were actually there.

I WAS SUPER TOUCHED, really. Because initially before my bdae Daph still told me tt HL cant come as she nds to stay at hm for the person to repair her com, and i know QQ has lessons in the aftn, therefore both of them cant join us for ice-skating, YH and Reuben has NS. So i totally didn't expect anything at all as we've celebrated on Sat. But actually i felt quite sad tt they weren't able to join for the aftn outing.
My suspicious level was so low that i nv even thought that they'll organise smth at night for me. Everyone kept mum about everything that i actually didn't even suspected anything.
Haha thanks for the surprise :)

B'dae Celebration cum Buffet with FAMILY

After baptism in church, as usual, went down to grandpa's place.
But today, we celebrated Gab's and my birthday! :)
Gab's bdae falls on 25th whil mine is on the 26th May, so every yr, we'll celebrate our birthdays tgt! Chocolate and Mango cake.Yay! My family :))6th uncle, aunt and Gab. They came for my baptism ceremony as well! Thank you :) Cousins, missing 4 more.After the celebration we stayed for awhile before going to buy brother's bags and then we went back home to change.

Before having buffet dinner(Spring at Hokkaido) at town, my family went to The Hour Glass to take a look at watches because i've bought my B charm bracelet and brother hasn't bought his watch yet. So we decided to take a look at the boutique in Tangs Plaza since our dinner venue was just across the road.

Then we started helping brother to filter out the kind of watches that he should buy. So while looking around...

Mum: so did you regret buying your charm bracelet?

Me: ehh okay lar.

Dad: go and choose one if you like.

Me: huh? me? but all along i didn't look out for watches since i didn't intend to buy at all.

Dad: then go and take a look around and decide which one you want. you don't have to buy one now, after you and brother have decided, just let us know.

Me: hmm...*chuckled* okie.

Then the younger salesman started to share their similar younger experiences where their parents ask them to choose the item they want.

Haha. I was quite surprised too because i didn't expect my dad to say that as i've alr got my share. But since mum keeps asking me whether i've decided on the model of watch to get, i think i have to start searching for one, like now!

After looking at the watches for ten minutes, brother alr had an idea which watch to get, but i'm still clueless. We didn't stay any longer as the boutique closes at 7pm and our buffet starts at 7pm too, so we quickly rushed back for dinner haha. The snow crab, oysters, mini lobsters, crayfish, practically all the seafood were so fresh that it got us all so excited to snap alot of pictures with the food haha.
It's fun to sit with all my cousins because the food keeps coming in non-stop and we kp snapping pictures as and when we like. Even the adults were doubting our ability to finish up the food haha.3 tables in total. One for the males(dad uncles), the other for the females(mum and my aunties) and the last one is for us kids! haha.The desserts were fantastic too!I'm not in the picture as i'm the photographer, and 2nd uncle went to get food. Missing 3rd and 4th uncle's families.Yay! LOVES. I love big big family outings haha.

I'm going back there for sure again :))

Baptism

Today marks one of the most important day of my life, because i got baptised! :))
It was really great to witness the others who got baptised as well.
Yup. I'm really grateful to those who took their time to came down to witness the baptism ceremony, especially to my family and friends esp LY and YL (who helped me took pictures and videos throughout the ceremony). And also Yan Qun laoshi who conducted the baptism lessons, and JiCheng laoshi and Uncle Maozhi who were my interviewers. Thank you!

Our Sunday School classes ended, then YH helped me to get me my lunch because we don't really have much time for lunch. Thks! So the three of us, YH YL and me ate lunch together.
Afterwhich we changed, had a briefing, before getting sitted for the ceremony to begin.

Celebration with 19th <3

The day started off with a morning 7.30am dragged to 9am, 7km run under the scotching sun. And training ended off with YH and J doing speed training. After which they head back to my hse to wash up, had lunch before catching Night At The Museum 2 at J8. Initially we planned to go to Marina Barrage for May babies birthday celebration, but since the sky was looming with dark clouds and the last bus for Marina Barrage leaves very early, so in the end we decided to catch Angels & Demons instead.
By the time the movie ended, it was close to 9pm.
Since most of the food outlets were packed, we went to Carrefour to get our dinner, which was picnic by the Water Fountain at Suntec. haha. Picnic at night was not too bad actually, with the moonlight and occasional cool wind. There was music as YH brought his speakers, and we had sushi, sashimi, ham, cheese, tuna, bread, croissant, juice, a honey chicken, chips with the super tasty cheese dip, can peaches, etc. Everyone was so full that there were still quite an amount of leftovers. And last but not least, Bakerzin's cake for the birthday celebration!
The words written on the cake "Happy Birthday SQ & RP, be a good kid!".
I was like ehh?! be a good kid? hahaha. After eating the cake, everyone started standing in place to take a grp photo, but then i started to feel suspicious when HL kp asking me and RP to stand in the middle. Suddenly YH took out a party spray and everyone started to spray at me and RP. I sprinted as fast as i could to the opposite of the fountain so i managed to avoid the spraying spree haha. And i went down the stairs, and walk to the other stairs to prevent myself from getting the foam all over. But then when i was on the way up the stairs, J suddenly appeared and i din know he was behind me luh. I quickly ran up but YH was upstairs, so i ended up being surrounded and got sprayed by them -.-

Run for your life! haha. And they were saying that they shld bring the spray can behind me when we're running for sundown marathon -.-The spraying continued for awhile before we took another grp photo, and had gifts presentation. I had two presents, one was wrapped in the newspaper and they told me to open it first. When i opened it, i was stunned, i saw my own clothers inside, and i have been searching all over ransaking my cupboard the whole morning just for the tee. So in the end i wore another tee instead. They had secretly taken a set of clothes from my cupboard while i was showering in the morning. They had prepared my clothes incase i gave excuses tt i didn't bring another set of clothes so i cant be sprayed. They prepared for everything super in advance. haha.
To my 19th Odac: Thanks alot for the gift, the effort to get things prepared and done, i really enjoyed myself today with you guys! (: Loves.Real and safe group picture :D hahas.

After i met up wif QQ, both of us rushed down to Millenia Walk and then we knew YH and HL were act at Cityhall waiting for us haha. But anw, we helped to collect other team's racepack but their racetags were lost somehow or rather i dk so end up the other team's racepack couldn't be collected.

Off to the Science Centre!

We head down to Science Centre after the rest finished their IBM exams.
I've not been to Science Centre for such a long long time. But the main thing for going there today was to see the Da Vinci exhibition.
Well, i won't say tt i'm very interested the exibition. But it was okay. (Initially I was more interested in sitting the movieride, but sadly it was a real disappointment.) Okie back to the exibition. Leonardo Da Vinci's works (the mechanics area) appeals more to me. Whereas for the Mona Lisa and The Last Supper paintings, i couldn't really figure out wad's so fascinating about it, so i just glance through for the sake tt i had alr paid for the exhibition ticket hahas.

The rest of them went to town to catch Angels and Demons, wt went to work, and i went back home for dinner because i have been eating dinner out everyday and i will feel guilty for nt spending time with my family, even if it's just dinner. Anyway, i've received the parcel yesterday. Chocolates, gummies, one word to describe, Yummy! And the sweet lil note attached together with a maple leaf.

We will feed ourself till we're full of energy to run for sundown haha.

Lethargic + tired = crazy

The heading says it all! :D
We shopped for Rp's present, had pizza for dinner.
Then after dinner we went to Starbucks to chill, our wires became a lil loose the moment we step in. Maybe it's the coffee aura haha.
We kept laughing, at almost everything, that the people at the other table kept looking at us, but who cares, we had a fun time yeah haha.
We bought 400g + 100g free of cookies and we ate till we're so sick of it that no one wanted to finish up the last piece of cookie. We were so full and the things we ordered were so sweet that even the guys cant finish it up.We kept pushing the last cookie to one another but to no avail hahaha. I think the next time we'll be eating famous amos will be a lonnnggg time.
And we had a colour theme tt day, green and white, and all had belts haha. We didn't tell each other in advance okie haha. Cos this is called "mo qi". And and, i think everyone will be going out almost everyday, and will be broke very soon haha.

Tinge of Boredom

I have been going out everyday after my exams ended on friday.
Yet boredom still kicks in.

Therefore to spend time more effectively, i've head down to bishan library to borrow some books. 1 on microeconomics, and 3 friction books. Sounds boring yeah. I doubt i will read the one on microecons heh.

More Trainings!

I had two hours of sleep, before being waken up by the ringing of my door bell. Because QQ and J reached my house in the morning for sundown training. I dragged myself out of the bed, and opened the door with my eyes opened halfway. haha. Then we waited for the rest to arrive, changed, and started our training.
I knew i couldn't run much today, and as expected, my stamina dropped like crazy haha. So in order to prepare me for the marathon, they'll be accompanying me to run during their night outs, or when they are free during their weekdays. Because they know me too well, where i wouldn't go train on my own haha.

Anyway, after washing up at my place, we had lunch at Mos before catching the movie, Star Treks. YH and F watched twice but they acc us to watch another time. It's worth watching, because i wasn't a fan of Star Trek at all, but i still fully enjoy the film. Luckily YH explained to me some of the parts that i didn't really understand, and this made me more interested in the movie. So for those who have not watch yet, go catch it okie! But first do read the trailer to at least get a picture of it, so that you'll be able to understand it better.

Since we had nothing to do after the movie, we went to ToastBox for tea, chatted, before heading home in the evening.

With such a long stretch of holiday, i'll enjoy myself first before finding myself a job to occupy the rest of my time.
Hmm activities in mind, wakeboarding (prob doing it tml), shopping, cycling, a trip to the zoo, science center, catch good movies that i've yet to watch, and the list goes on and on (:

Gosh it's super late now and i still have to wake up early tml morning for sundown training at 8am.
So i have less than 3 hours of sleep.

Good night i have to slp now or else i will have ultra dark eye bags, and you'll see me crawling or running with my eyes close tml during training.

I'VE FINALLY FINISHED MY EXAMS!!

HURRAY! :))

One year just whizzed past, exams are over and it's holidays again.
Somehow or rather, this year was quite an experience for me, where i had the taste of university life. We are taught to be independent, or rather forced to be independent, and no longer being spoon-fed by teachers that we had experience for my past 12 years of schooling. Independent means making the right choice in attending lectures (because attendance is not taken except for foreign students), handing up assignments, studying for tests, doing tutorials, taking down your own notes, taking initiative to ask questions, etc. Well, i wouldn't say i've done all those listed above, but i have done most of it.
Few months after school started (which was in aug08) the momentum to study wasn't quite there yet. I took things lightly and went out quite often after my lectures because tests wasn't very frequent over here and if there are tests, the marks are not included in the finals. Because our final exam is like A-levels, where one exam will determine the hard work paid off for the year. Anyway, things had a different turn when it was nearing prelims (prelims in feb, and at tt time it was jan). I started to get nervous, and realised that i don't have that much time left. So i gave myself a goal, to finish going through at least once of all the topics for the modules before taking the prelims.
And then it was prelims (feb), i told myself that i should take all modules to have at least a feel of what the real exam would be like. But then i took four mod except for poa. Because i really wasn't able to finish going through poa so i gave up and decided not to go for the exam the night before. Then overseas revision and local revision started full force and my whole of apr was gone. Results took quite a long time before they were ready to be collected. And my results were econs 51, pbf 16, maths 58, stats 83. My full units were not very well done at all. So during the days where i am free, i would head down to bishan cc to mug. Initially for the first few times i went there alone to mug, but subsequently, i had the company of wt to mug tgt with me. We studied as much as possible, and kept snacking the whole time, had tea breaks, more or less to kp us awake throughout the whole day from 0930-1800 or 0930-2130. And i could safely say that studying at cc was much productive than studying at home. Though every morning i had to snooze the alarm clock a few times before i get my butt out of the bed. Btw i have to thank wt who was always the more punctual one and would reserve the seats before the tables were fully taken :)
Now to the last lap, which was the juggling of time to study for each modules. It was not easy, really. Because for full units it was mainly theory and i had to spent quite sometime to memorise the things inside. So i ended up choosing topics to study.

7May09 POA was my first paper, and also the mod tt i dislike the most. So as u can expect, for the past few months, i seldom revise it other than having lectures. So i sort of struggled through those days before my exams and kind of regretted not studying earlier. It's only towards the end when i started to get a hang of the mod, then it's exam time.
So on that day of my first day of my exam (all my exams are held at expo) things were kind of cocked up due to the temperature thing. Message weren't well passed, there was only one seating plan on cardboards loosely pasted on the glass, things were getting chaos outside, most of the first years were lost because it was our first time taking exams there. But luckily we still were able to get in early. The moment i stepped in and saw the hall, i thought to myself "goodness i've nv seen such large scale examination before". There were 3045 seats in total in the hall, so i guess you can slowly imagine how big the place is. haha. I sat at the third row from the front. And then soon afterwards i settled myself down, the exam started. After the exam, i was kind of dejected, because i've prepared myself for cashflow long qn and it did not even came out at all. And this was the first time because all along, CF long qn always comes out.

Then the following day 8May09 i had my Stats 1 paper and i sat at the 2nd row from the front. Luckily they set up more seating plans which helped facilitate the crowd outside. Anw after doing the paper, i felt that it was more difficult than prelims. I didn't have as much confidence as what i had for prelims.

During the weekends, i managed my time btn my last three mod, but i spent more time on maths on pbf. I had Maths on the 12May09, and i sat at the first row (been seating infront for the last 2 papers). I found the paper easier than prelims.
Had one day to study before having pbf paper. So as usual, i went down to bishan cc to study with wt.
Had my Pbf paper on the 14May09. And so coincidentally my seat and daph's were side by side haha. As for the chapters that i've studied, out of the four qn tt i've picked to do, i studied 3. But there were abt 3 sub-parts which i didn't had any idea how to do. And for the last qn, i just did it with my general knowledge. I was quite drained after the exam since it was a 3hrs afternoon paper. So after dinner at Crystal Jade with my family, i went to take a nap before waking up to study for my econs. But then, i couldn't wake up and slept all the way till the next morning. sigh. The next morning i panicked, because my econs isn't gd at all and i have not revise finish my notes and tutorials yet. But i had no choice but to just look though and refresh my memory from the notes tt i've made.
On that very faithful day 15May09, last paper, (i finally sat at somewhere in the middle) the moment i saw the qns, i knew i wasn't able to do well. The things i rmbed, i had them partially mixed up. So yar i dun think i'll need to elaborate any further. I just hope i'll able to do slightly better than pass.

Yup that's all that i've summarise for my whole week of exams. I'll update on my past and post exam activities soon :)
So ppl, date me out because i don't want to rot at home hahas.

My two interviewers, Chen Ji Cheng Lao Shi and Uncle Mao Zhi.
The moment i sat down, I greeted them.
they said smiling to me: you know the both of us right, we've seen you grown up since you were young...
me: yup smiling widely back.
And the interview started.

Everything went well, i wasn't that nervous as i thought i would be, and the two interviewers were very friendly haha.

I'm really grateful towards the Lord for bringing me this far.
I know there'll be more to come by.

After taking my most confident mod on friday, my confidence level dropped. The kind of qn tt i most dislike hypo came out so many times. Yikes.

I just cant getting those whole big chunk of theory into my head. And i just look through FE08 paper for pbf, it's much more difficult! Where the questions are broken down into more specific kind of sub qn.

AHH. I'M NERVOUS + SCARED + NOT VERY WELL PREPARED.
My results for prelims had left me with mixed feelings for my main exam. You'll know why after seeing the next line.
Marks for my 5 mod. Skipped POA prelims therefore 0, 16, 51, 58, 83.

Thank you for those msges and encouragements, you know who you are :)

Anyway i just heard from my mum that our holiday in june will be cancelled :((
Because after this recent Sunday where grandpa has heard of my cousin's plan to go Jap, he told my cousin to cancel the trip immediately, and even said to her, "cant you postpone it to few months later?"

I hate Swine Flu. It's messing up all my holiday plans. ARGH irritating to the max.

Aww.
The way he plays, the smile on his face, really proves that he loves playing the piano.
The cello-nist was great too!
Everything just blend in so smoothly. The coordination, the melody, every rhythm was so exact, without missing a single beat.
And especially the part during the transaction where the viva la vida song came in, and then it went back to love story, it's just so perfect!
The chords for viva la vida gave me exactly the same effect as i had, when i listened to the song.

I'm so filled with admiration for him!! gosh gosh haha!

Seeing him play really sparks me to complete my Grade 8.
4 years back, i've completed my Grade 7, and i stopped after failing my Grade 8 as i didn't had enough time to practice. So i kept procrastinating until now.
And it's only after i've stopped playing the piano, then i realised how much i actually enjoy playing my favourite songs :S

After i've complete my Grade 8, i'll find time to pick up another instrument :)

I thought i won't be blogging much since my exams are coming soon, but come to think of it, it's an outlet to release some stress over here.

Btw ignore my previous post, i was just having some mood swings haha.

On a random note...
Sometimes adults, esp those whose children are of a certain age, often will be in a hurry for their kids to find a gf/bf when they realise they're not having any at the moment, and they should be having one at that age.
Why i'm saying this is because...

Ytd night my mum went out with Aunt B who stopped by Singapore for a day, to transit back to States.
So after my mum came back, she told me some of the conversations that they had.
(I've only extracted part of it)

Mum: M's having her wedding at TW this year end, and Aunt B has invited us to the wedding.
Me: So fast?! I though she hasn't complete her medical study yet?
Mum: 25 is not too young. She still has 6 yrs more to go, and if she's going to marry only after she has finished her studies, imagine how old she will be by then.
Me: Oh okie. Huh so we're going to TW again this year end for our annual holiday?
Mum: I'm not sure yet, things will be confirm again once your timetable is out, and when the wedding date is confirm.

Okie this is not the main point...

Me: H is older or M is older?
Mum: M is older. Aunt B was saying that H has just graduated and since economy in States is not doing well, he's just doing odd jobs at the moment. And she also mentioned that he doesn't has a gf. Then Aunt B asked if you've a bf, and i said that i dun think you have one.
Me: Orh then?
Mum: Aunt B then said "ask qiqi to be his gf lor, he's a gentleman..."
Me: *stunned* not possible lor, our characters are so different. haha so funny why she said that...

Then we continued on with our conversation and then i went back doing my stuffs.

H- Aunt B's eldest son, their second child 23yrs old

Thinking about what they said when they went out for tea at town ytd night made me laugh and recalled what my mum said to me and my brother abt r/s.
Haha.

Ahh how i wish there's more scenaries in Singapore, like how it's like in other countries.

And flu bug was irritating me since ytd night :(
So throughout my lecture today, i was sniffing into 2 packets of tissues non-stop. Boo.
Anyway, today after sch acc D to collect her passport.
Then we went to Crystal Jade for lunch before heading home.

I need more rest.
Argh.
I can't afford to fall sick now, because exam's nearing and i have no time to waste.

Sigh, i shall stop here and take a short nap first.
Hopefully my nose will be obedient, because i have lesson from 10am-5pm tml, and April babies birthday celebration at night.

So I'll be forcing myself to mug as much as possible, thus I don't think I'll be having anymore activities.
April is packed with full weekdays and weekends lesson.
And i have 5 days during the weekends, where i need to go back to school.
Sad thing, but i have no choice.
Like what Amos the London Econs lecturer said, it's a sad thing because we're paying for it, and yet we have to do it.
That's education.

*I think my parents will be sponsoring me to buy the alphabets printing machine, tgt with the alphabets! Actually i intended to buy it ytd. But the machine cost 82 bucks and each alphabet cost 8 plus bucks, and my friend got it at ard 180 bucks only. So i shall wait for the price to drop from 300 to 200 bucks during promotion.

I ended up buying a paper cutter at 26bucks, cuz it caught my parents' eyes as well haha :)

Off to do my Econs revision. Tried so hard getting my butt out of the bed cuz i was so tired after one whole day of lesson. But yeah glad tt i did haha. Had a whole day of econs rev lesson today. Eh i cant say tt i gained as much as i did for stats. The whole time i was trying so hard to pay attention and figuring out what econs theory was he bringing across. But at the end of the day, the stuffs in my head were limited. Argh. I guess i have to love the econs study guide which have so many symbols models inside waiting for me to understand them. I have no choice. Like what the London lecturer Amos said at the start of the revision lecture, it's a sad thing because we pay them for the education, and yet we have to do the work ourselves. Yes, so one more month only.

Goodness.
The moment i reach home, i quickly applied super face hydrator and lotion on my skin.
It's my first time applying tons of lotion on myself luh.
My arm peeled immediately after showering.
Super fast effect eh. Haha.

I didn't know that morning sun are fiercer than mid-afternoon sun.
So i'm like extremely chao ta now, not even a single speck of redness can be seen on me.
Haha. I always skip the process of red after being under the sun.

After swimming, i was damn hungry. So i gobbled up my lunch like a monster haha.
When i started on the meat, both of them were like "eh? I though you were still on the first piece." Haha. I'm just too hungry.

I have to go to sch this whole wk, including weekends!!! Grr.

And i DON'T LIKE to do drown proofing -.-

Supper again

Yesterday night was another round of supper with sec sch guys.
They call me up at near ten, and came to pick me up after that.
It's my first time sitting the car tt QB drive after he passed his TP. haha. And he drove quite recklessly luh, tsk tsk. I wonder how will he drive in the future.

In the car! Me CY WM. B and QB in front.
Carpark at Sunshine Plaza was like a maze. Because we parked at the 3rd level, and there was no exit nor stairs for us unless for the residents staying there. So we ended up walking in circles, and then went down to 2nd lvl using the 'going down for cars'. Pathetic eh. Luckily after walking ard we saw an exit for everyone at lvl2, or else we have to walk together with the cars on our way down. Heh.
Supper at Rocher Tao Huay.
There was a long queue when we reached, and the whole place was packed like crazy. Luckily i manage to saw some seats inside after waiting for some time. We ate super fast, like within 20 mins, because i had curfew. haha. Anw the tao huay there is nice! These few weeks i love to eat tao huay for supper. haha.
And then we went to the carpark.
When we went through the barrier, the cash card beeped, we got a shocked.
Guess how much was the carpark fee.
$3.21 for less than 20 mins.
Gosh.
It's super ex can.
ZZZ.

This week, I had 2 suppers in a row. And seriously i think i will get fat soon, haha. My targetted weight is reaching!
Haha.

Okay enough of my nonsence, i'm off to do my revision. Baptism lesson later, light dinner, and then training with 19th at Rp's hse.

I got back home about 20 mins ago, after having a impromptu supper at sr gardens with D YA BW and L.
They called me up at 9plus, i got out of the hse asap, and cabbed down despite my mum's nagging.
Anyway we had ice-cream at Ice Cube, and LOTS of unglam pictures were taken (as usual) by the Ah Boon the paparazzi pro. Within an hr plus, we took more than 100 pictures. And it's like so many unglam headshots, filling more than half of the album we took today. haha.
I'm still deciding very hard, whether to upload all the pictures up on FB, or just selected ones. heh. But i'll put up some pictures here first. haha.

This morning while i was lying on my bed waiting for me to get into my dreamland, i saw the date on my hp screen, 1 April 2009.
My eyes suddenly brightened up, and 'ka-jiaoing' ppl was the first thing on my mind!
And D was first on my list opps HAHA!
I quickly msged her, and SHE BELIEVED ME!
The way she reply me, asking me who was the person, was sooo funny :D muhahaha.

So after playing the prank on her, i put my phone aside.
Then message came in again.
This time it was from DL. It's been soo long since we last msged luh.
Anyway, the moment i read the first line, i knew it was those April Fool's chain msg. Smart eh haha, cuz i've play a prank on D before he sent me the msg.
Haha.

Then i quickly put my hp to silent mode before the strings of messages will kp me awake, and i'm off to my dreamland.

Today was another routine, studying at cc, lunched, study, home.
CC with WT and YA.
And that YA ah, was super super noisy hor right right accidentally knock the chair and table, etc, admist the peacefully quiet room HAHA.

Okay i just reach home after coming back from Mandai Crematorium.
It's super late yeah i know. For the past years, the meeting time was 5am, and normally there'll be full of cars there. So they pushed the timing forward to 12 midnight instead.
Anyway u must be wondering why am i going there when it's Qing Ming Jie. Since i'm a christian, i don't burn the incense sticks, golden papers etc, so my family members and relatives who are christians as well, will just go there as a form of respect.
Yup.

Didn't even slp a wink before going there because 19th came to my house for the weekly training, and we had dinner/supper at 1130pm.
No movies this wk as we started training late today.
My Saturdays for the month of April is way full alr.
It's either i have full day revision lessons or baptism lessons, and trainings at night with 19th, dinner/supper and/or movies. So i believe this will be my Saturday routine.
After training and bathing.
Yes delivery at 1130pm haha.
And J kept lying ard when eating tsk tsk.
Machaim like eating buddha haha.
While they were eating, i was playing bejewled, cuz i'm hooked to it!
And i think i will pass it on to RP. Haha.
Anw they left two pieces, one for me another for my bro, then they quickly went back home few mins before midnight in order to catch the last bus, if not they'l have to spent money on cabs like every sat if they were to stay out late.
Oh yar, and we ran 7km today. Initially i ran, but after sometime i had side stitch(because i was the only one who had dinner, as my mum cooked my fav king prawns *delicious x a million times* :D haha) so i ended up walking, than run walk run cross the bridge run walk...
After running, my ankle was pain. So i think i'l need more practice.
Yup.

I gtg slp alr, cuz i'm having church tml morning!

Shucks it totally slipped off my mind that i had minutes to do argh :S

I went back to school for Odac meeting today, had lunch, shopped for birthday gifts in town, dinner with mum, did a lil shopping and grocery shopping, then headed home after tt.
My back was aching from carrying my heavy bag the whole day, and my eyelids were almost closing.
But yay i did not go back empty-handed haha!
NUM slippers were on promo free one for one, so i got mine at 20 bucks. Gd deal isn't it! haha.
Then after dinner, my mum suggested shopping a lil, tho i was quite tired, i still continued on, and got myself two tank tops. haha i'm a typical girl who will not be tired when i'm shopping for my stuffs.
Dad came back from holiday with my grandpa, 3rd and 5th aunt, and lil cousin.
And he got me a Disney sport jacket.
The moment i saw it, i was like 'cool...' haha cuz i haven seen similar kind of knee length jacket here before.
Thanks dad!
After 50% it stil cost ard 85 bucks, but it is only suitable for wearing it overseas.
Hmm so i guess i won't be wearing it here.
Dad got brother a track pants, and mum a white and gold Adidas jacket!
I told mum that i will use it if she doesn't wear it haha and i've got a feeling i'll wear it before she does :D hahaha.

And we caught the sun :D

Tho it was just a short meetup, but i like it!

We planned to go for a night jog at the stadium, but it didn't cross our mind that the stadium closes that early.
So we ended up eating instead of exercising.
Haha.
And the desserts were great, esp their beancurd.
So i bought one each for my family.

March Babies Celebration

Meet D and Wt at PS to get present for San, before heading to Holland Village for the birthday celebration of March babies.
But since we met early and had ample time, we walked around, and filled our growling stomach with bread and the deliciously sweet mango dessert!
:)We reached there at the dot, and waited for more than an hour for the rest to reach. Tsk tsk. Bad habit of odac, no matter 19th or this. Haha. I'm the Tap Tap Queen! Cos i've won those who played with me tt night, and won 19th as well. So who wants to play with me? HAHA.Photo-taking session starts now...I have no idea why i find these four pictures rather interesting haha.
Just look at our similar pants and belts.
And why did BW/JG, either one of them who was holding on to my camera most of the time, kept taking our butts heh -.-BW and JG, can have a backup job as paparizzi.
Haha.
Want to know why? Just look at the number of super unglam shots that they've taken of us!

The more decent looking pictures taken.These are the March birthday babies. Haha kana sabo-ed, as usual.Mt Ophir's OG6!Dessert was at Cold Hard Rock. It was my first time there, and i'll patronise there again definitely. We shared ferrero+peanut butter+nutelle+almond ice-cream, and it was *slurps* to the max! I totally love it. I didn't expect it to turn out that nice :) Yay, another dessert place for me!

And smth damn funny happened. Omg. I ALMOST kissed D right on her lips, like really almost a big smack on her lips, considering how fast i suddenly turned my head. HAHAHA. Picturing the scene really makes me laugh non-stop right now. Cuz i was playing her iphone, then i can't really recall why did i turned by head, but anyway her face was right beside mine and i didn't know that until i TURNED MY HEAD DAMN FAST. At that certain moment, we both were stunned (because if we were 2cm closer, that wld be my first lip kiss to a girl haha) and didn't move, then we burst out laughing.

Chill-out session was at Wala Wala, a pub, which was just across the road. The band there was fantastic, really. Esp the lady singer, who had a damn sexy voice. When they started singing, the whole place went high haha. They got invited to be on air with FM98.7 every week. So u can imagine how good they are.After drinking a little. See the contrast? Super red, not red, not red, super red, not red. HAHA.

Training in the rain!

I just reached home 15mins ago.

Back from movie and supper with 19th (:

I had a long day today.

Went to school for revision lesson from 10-5pm, which is conducted by the UK lecturers who came all the way down to SIM.

I attended the lecture that was conducted by the lecturer who wrote the stats study guide!

Lucky eh, i just choose the slots randomly. Haha.

Anw we had breaks like non-stop during the whole day, even more breaks than our usual lesson.

Haha.

I guess that was needed to kp us awake for the whole day.

After lesson, some of the 19th met at my house before training.

And then we headed to Bishan Park when everyone was ready.

Even though it was raining, we continued on with our plan.

So we ran from Bishan Park 2 to Park 1, and back to the starting pt, where D and Fukie where waiting for us.

I felt that i ran better this time compared to my first training, probably because the weather was cooler and i did not have any side stitch as well.

Yup so for the next training, we will be covering a slightly further distance.

We must train together okie!!

After which, they went to my hse to wash up, before deciding to watch 'Hotel for Dogs'.

It's more like a fun-kind of movie, more suitable for young at hearts ppl and ppl who loves dogs haha.

Yup i'll give it a 3.5/5 rating. (And i think that the female lead character is pretty! haha)

(Argh something's wrong with my blogger and i have almost close to no idea on how to change the skin and stuffs. As all along my cousin was the one helping me with the skins and tagboards, etc. So prob i'll go slowly figure them out myself when i'm free. My IT is damn lousy boo.)

Summary:
Put our stuffs at HL's hse.
Changed.
Make-up.
Dinner at Great World.
Ate ALOT, my share + daph's one.
Clubbed.
Drank TOO fast. (5 shots at a go)
Puked.
Went back feeling so terrible.

Ahh I love make-up! Haha. Then we headed down to Great World City for our dinner.

Cool wall papers right. Haha. They have different wall designs for different toliets in the shopping mall.

Then we walked over to Zouk/Phuture.
Luckily William and Ben helped us to queue up. If not i wonder how long wld we take to reach the entrance.

We reached super early luh, about 10pm.
And then we started drinking alr. Haha. 2 jugs of Screwdriver and Midori (Sprite) each. But the Midori Sprite practically had no taste of Sprite in it. It was like PURE Midori. So unlike the one we had on my first trip there.

And we were so bored that we played RP's ipod touch.

All thanks to my yrs of piano lesson, my fingers are fast haha.

Started getting high even before the real party started.
Saw Dino PAPA, TY, JL, P as well!W ordered shots for us to drink before the midnight deal ends.

I was like 'WAH!' when i saw the shots infront of me.
Haha, but we still drank finish everything. We were abit tipsy after the shots.

Then W RP Me each had Flaming Lambogini, while D and HL shared one.

Went to the danced floor in Phuture.
And we stood beside the speakers, which almost had my ears made deaf!
Haha.After which we went out to cool down, then when we wanted to get back in, the bouncer stopped us. So we had to take a rest outside at the bridge.
THE MOMENT i sat down.

I started feeling damn uncomfortable, and started puking.

The feeling sucks big time, seriously.

You wldn't want to try tt.
Act i was alr spinning after the flaming lambo, but i still did manage to walk and stuffs, with some help of D and RP.

But i have no idea why at the moment i sat down, everything came out.

ARGH.

The consequence of drinking so much in 1.5hrs after eating so full.

Esp the one where i had 5 shots at a go.

Damn.

Then dino papa they all came out, and saw me in my sorry state.

Super unglam can.

Haha.

I puked a total of 4 times, and another time after we alighted from the taxi(HL's hse void deck).

So a total of puking x5.
Felt damn stupid for drinking so fast.

I really want to go for Mambo. Haiz.

I'm very sorry for making u all to go back so early, and have to look after me.

I'm really fortunate to have this group of friends.

It's was my first time, singing away so happily + high!!!
Initially i didn't dare to sing, cuz it was only my 2nd time singing with them.

Hello there!

My THUR-SUN was an eventful one and a well-spent one.

Packed with activities, full to the brim.
Haha.

In oder to save time, i'll be summarizing everything using pictures.

Sunday AFTERNOON.

It's my dad and my cousin's birthday today!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

Me and bro did a big card for my dad :)

And i involved all my aunts, uncles, cousins, and even my grandpa to write on the card that we made for our dad.

Haha.

At grandpa's house.Everyone was happy, especially dad, when he received the big present from all of us.

The card that contained all our heart-warming messages :D

Plus the choc truffle cake was delicious too haha.

LZ and SY are quite good in cooking.

I didn't know that when we're cooking fried rice, we have to put in the eggs first. All along, i thought the rice should be put in first.

New Camera

It was such a busy day today, rushing here and there.
Meeting up with friends, walking almost around the entire exhibition hall just to decide on the camera to get today, catching a movie, etc.
But well, it was a fruitful day anyway!

Really appreciate the time that my cousin, Daph and Fukie spent to accompany the fickle-minded-me to get my camera.
Giving me their opinions, patiently waiting for me to make my decision, etc.

I've bought Sony W170, and it's the usual price range of 369 bucks, with a bundle of free gifts.

After which, rushed down from IT fair, and the 5 of us caught the movie "Marley and Me" at Cine.
It's worth watching the movie.
(Luckily D and me bought the tickets before heading to the IT fair, if not we're nt be able to get the tickets as the theatre was full!)
:)Fukie joined us after our movie to help me paste my camera's screen protector.

Had coffee at Gloria Jeans, chit-chat, took photos, and then i had to get back home before my curfew time.
But as usual, i was fifteen mins late.
Haha.

Anw, i'm sleeping soon.
Have to wake up early for my church youth outing, outdoor stir-frying in the woods.
Sounds fun right?! Haha.

ARGH.
I'm in a dilemma now.

Mum allows me to get a new camera.

BUT

I do admit tt i just want to buy because i want to buy.
Because i want a new camera only.

The good side of me tells me not to, while the bad side of me says buy.

I have one Canon Ixus 55 with ONLY 5 megapixels, tt i'm using since sec4 yr end, and it's stil in a usable condition. (Just tt the screen is a lil spoilt, but i can see what i'm taking.)

And i have a DSLR Nikon D80 at home, waiting for me to use it. Cuz it's rotting in the dry box.
BUT i dun like to carry a DSLR with me as it's too heavy and bulky!

Being a lil bored, i decided to look through my 19th photos.

This was taken 3 yrs ago.

And looking at these, i cant help but kept laughing to myself when the scene of sabo-ing of Seven Wonders was done to the 4 of us.

It was damn funny luh.

Goodness gracious hahaha!

I miss laughing and shouting out the actions they have to do at those who needs to do Seven Wonders for forfeits...
