Graduation Dinner Night

BOO!

It's Halloween night where many ppl will dress up for this big event.

But...

I didn't went for Halloween party on friday night.

Instead, i had to dress up nicely and attend a graduation dinner.

29th Batch Naval Diving Unit Combat Diving Course Graduation Dinner

Haha.

So i cab down to LY's hse for a makeup session since she has a full makeup set.

And this was my first time putting on all the makeup by myself!

And LY said tt i'm still nt bad, considering this was my first time puttinga full makeup myself.

Next, it was LY's turn.

I like this pic! LY looked like she was going to stick the mascara into her eyes!

And i'm standing there, looking at her, so-not-like-a-ghost. HAHA.

Love her! Opps so mushy. Haha.
She's always there for me.

19 yrs of friendship and still on going... Finally after we were done, and since i was alr late, both of us cabbed down to Raffles City Shopping Centre during peak hour.
And you can see the meter is jumping so fast, with the extra surcharge, and the traffic jam....
Gosh.
We've learnt nt to take cab during peak hours when ppl knock off from work, and taking a train to town will be so much faster than getting stuck in the jam.

After LY got off, and they board the cab, we headed down to Grand Corpthorne for the diver's graduation dinner.

Door gifts. YH being one of the 10 leaders, has to help out, making sure things were in place.Girls had sunflower as doorgift.

We were sitted at table 11, with another 4 couples.

Sumptious good food!
Even someone like me who can't really appreciate raw food, thinks that the smoked raw salmon was fabulousss:D

We ate dessert first because the queue for main dishes were too long.
And their dessert were seriously nt bad.
The plate of dessert tt YH got for me, i almost finished up everything while he was away taking pictures with his friends.
Haha.
I didn't really took pictures of the food because i was too busy eating haha.

The girls :) All 19th this year. Yu Ting, Me, Natalia, and i forget the last girl's name.

Nat and i clicked on well during the cocktail session, and we were hoping to be sitted on the same table.
And true enough our dates were allocated to the same table.

We chatted so much that the other girls thought that Nat and i were alr friends before we came for the dinner.
Haha.

Being a lil bored towards the end, we started plucking the petals of the poor sunflowers. Haha. Because the guys were going ard the ballroom taking pictures, drinking beer, etc.
It's actually quite amusing to see how ppl behave when they are drunk, and in their own world.
Haha!

Beautiful! Some of the divers. Look at their face, most of them are red because of the beer!The girls concluded YuTing's date, and YH were a lil drunk tt night. Haha. Look at their red eyes and face and you'll know. YuTing's date even banged his head on the wall of the toilet and it even bleed a lil.

Missing one guy who's away in the toilet. On the escalator, going home. Me, Nat.And we saw a Lamborgini outside Grand Corpthorne!

They sent me back home first because it was past mid night, and my dad had called me twice alr.It's the first time i've encountered a road block!

Haha.

To sum up everything..

Had a great time in the evening!
During the midst of the dinner, videos of their training, HELL-week was shown.
And their training was TOUGH like MADNESS.

Imagine yourself lying in a pool of 2 degress of BITTERLY-ICEY cold water with only your pants on.
And the guys in the video were shivering when they forced themselves in.

Another one was tt, they had to lie down on the floor with only their pants on, and they were nt allowed to open their eyes when their instructors poured icy-cold water on their naked top.
*BRRrrr*

Then on land, they had to crawl on the ground as fast as possible.

Before their meals, they had to carry their DAMN HEAVY boats and run/march/walk ard the pool/field/parade square.
And while waiting for their meals, if they were caught sleeping, they had to put a plastic cup on their head and balance it.
Caught sleeping again, and again, the worst punishment wld be standing on the chair.
Haha. And YH kana-ed that before!
Haha.

And there was one scene which showed 2 guys crying, because they got jacked till quite badly.
Aparantly i don't know how badly it was because it wasn't showed in the video.
But since they were at the ballroom, i suppose they endured everything during the training!

WELL, they not only have tough trainings to torture them, but they had fun and sexy times there too!
Haha.
Esp the one where the whole grp had to walk ard the pool/parade sq in the sexist pose, and maintain the sexy-ness, in order to earn the credit for their grp.
That clip was the best laugh of all.

NDU. Crazy times. fun times. tough times.
It's only through these kind of times where the 61 of them will get bonded together.
Like wad Nat's date said, it's only after hell-week that they got even closer.
